Nayantara's pov

The morning was strikingly beautiful, despite the absence of sunlight, as dark clouds lingered in the sky. A cool, gentle breeze wafted through the air, enhancing the beauty of the surroundings. I found myself in the royal garden, enveloped by vibrant flowers, a graceful fountain, and fluttering butterflies making the environment pleasant.

"You really like spending time in the garden and library, don't you?"

Someone asked me as i turned around and looked at Karanveer bhaisa coming towards me.

"Yes"

I replied with just one word. I didn't knew why but he was giving me bad vibes which i didn't liked. So I was just hoping for him to go back to his own kingdom soon.

He didn't said anything and just sat on the other chair present in the garden.

I frowned, he was a royal, he should know the basic ethics. We were just the only two people in the garden and if someone saw us then they would assume things which I didn't wanted.

He should think that I was his brother's wife now and he could not just talk to me anywhere, just because we knew each other.

I was going to stand up when his words stopped me from moving.

"Agar aapko bura na lage toh Kya ham aapse kuch puch sakte hai?"

{"If you don't mind, Can i ask you something?"}

He asked as he looked at me keenly. I looked away to other side and just nodded my head.

"Aapne Anirudh se vivah kyu kiya?"

{"Why did you marry Anirudh?"}

My face automatically turned towards him, after i heard his question.

Why was he interested in my life?

"Yeh kaisa sawaal hai?"

{"What type of question is this?"}

I asked as a chuckle left his mouth.

"Bhot seedha sa sawaal hai."

{"It's a simple question."}

"Despite knowing that Anirudh blamed your father for killing kakasa, you married him. Why?"

He asked again, his eyes observing my face keenly with great interest.

"It's just a misunderstanding!"

I replied looking at front. I just wanted to walk out from here. But it would look rude so i beared with his presence and his questions.

"But it was only Anirudh and your father who were present there when kakasa was killed."

I looked at him when he said that.

"And obviously Anirudh would never kill his own father. So the only person who is the suspect or the real culprit is your father."

He added, and i gritted my teeth.

"Are you also blaming my father?"

I asked through my gritted teeths. Suddenly He chuckled and shook his head a little before saying

"I am just saying whatever the people here believes. And your husband too."

"Har sikke ke do pehlu hote hain, aur abhi hamne sirf ek pehlu dekha h, dusra bhi jald samne ayega!"
