Backstory: Kuro is the brother of Ryuga and he was there on the day Ryuga was taken in by the dark nebula so he made a vow to bring him back to how he used to be he was always an arsehole but he wasn't evil
He carries with him a mask to hide his identity from the dark nebula, while he has traversed the world with his partner beyblade Eclipse Tigris, knowing one day that they will free Ryuga from the dark power's control
