A naked Lexie is on Alex's bed, waiting for him to come in. She tries several positions and when she finally finds the right one, Derek comes in.
" Karev, you still need a lift to... oh, my... oh, my God! What are you doing?! " derek said as Lexie quickly covers up.
" Get out! " lexie said
" Uh ... Wh-why are you naked? " Derek asked As Derek walk away, grace walks up.
" Oh. I should go. " Grace said
" God. No, please don't be mad. Derek was supposed to be Alex. "
"Okay. Well, Alex left ten minutes ago. And since when are you two still... " Grace asked
"Since Meredith caught us the first time. "
" Mm-hmm. Lexie, this is Alex we're talking about. Emotionally, he's like me three years ago. You can't be having feelings for him. You realize that. " Grace said
" Yeah, of course not. No. It's ... it's just sеx. Okay? There's no feelings involved. "
" Right. Because you are a no-feelings type of girl. Your heart lives in your vɑginɑ. " Grace said

Derek enters the hospital and finds a small group of people listening to the door of a supply closet.
"Morning." Derek said

"What's going on? " Derek asked
"Huh? Gotta go. "
Derek walks in, only to find Mark in a very compromising position with a drսg rep.
"Oh, my God! " derek said
"Dude!" Mark said as He sighs and leaves the room.
"Why is this my morning?" Derek said

"I get it. You're upset little Sloan is gone. But screwing drսg reps is not gonna make you feel better. It isn't going to get you over my sister" Derek said
"Yeah, it is. " mark said
"No screwing drսg reps in my hospital. Are we clear?"
"You were much more fun when you weren't chief. You know that? Had Gracie made you boring I thought marrying a younger woman would keep you young and fun or is it just getting married" mark asked
"Get outta here." Derek said As Mark is about to leave, Richard appears in the doorway.
" Ah. Dr. Webber. Welcome back. " Medicaid
