Bailey walks into graces room with all the residents sleeping around her bed, inadvertently waking them up.
"Any changes overnight? " bailey asked
"No. " Cristina said as Bailey is paged.
" Oh, it's the chief. Somebody better make a coffee run. You all look like hell. " bailey said
"I gotta be in surgery in ten minutes. Um, mer, will you let me know? " George said
"Yeah." Meredith said as she sat looking at her sister
"We should go, too. It's probably gonna be a while" Bella said as Meredith looked to her
"Shepherd said she'd wake up in the morning. What did he tell you? Was that all crap? What did he say? " meredith asked Bella
"He said it may be a while. " Bella said
" She's gonna wake up." Meredith said. She knew that she needed her sister to be okay

Bella sat next to graces bed. She had a hand on her hand. She didn't want to leave her side
"Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up." Belle said as she muttered to herself. She's delighted when she finally wakes up.
"I have a headache. " Grace said as Bella looked to her
"You're up? You're up and you're talking. You talked, right?" Talk!" bella said
" Ow. I said I have a headache. Stop yelling. " Grace said
"Page derek Shepherd!" Bella said
" Ow." Grace said as she looked to Bella
"I'm sorry." Bella said. She was grateful that Grace was alive and her brother hadn't actually ended up killing his wife

At the nurses' station Meredith and Cristina are talking.
"You know, something's going on with George. " Cristina said
" What? " meredith asked
"Owen hugged him. They were happy. "
"Well, we don't hug when we're happy. " meredith said
"Are you better? "
"What? "
"You know, with your therapy. Uh, whatever. You said you got well. Well, are you ... better? Or are you just, you know, fake better? I mean I know that your worried over grace but other then the fact your sister has a brain tumour" Cristina asked
"What do you mean?"
"I'm asking you if people, you know ... I mean, are you actually different? I mean, do you feel different? "
"I'm getting married today. Mm-hmm. City Hall. No muss, no fuss. Just quick and dirty. Once I know grace is okay. I know she's awake but I need to know she's okay" Meredith said
