Paging Dr Shepherd *Derek shepherd*

𝟱𝟭. 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 {𝗗𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱}

Grace was in the water. She was swimming. She was fighting. She had emerged starting to surface as she stayed there for a moment before she let her body go lim and sunk under the water. The water calms as bubbles appear

Derek is walking through the trauma scene

"You guys good? You ok? Yeah, what do you got?" Derek asked the paramedics

"Severely severed leg but he's got his artery tied off so...something." A paramedic said as derek nodded

"Yeah, who tied off the artery?" Derek asked as He looks at the coat on the business man and sees graces name badge

"Dr. Grey? This is her jacket. " Derek asked. He was concerned he knew that he hadn't seen Grace in a while

"We found him like this. She must have moved on." The paramedic said as derek nodded

"Yeah, ok." Derek said

Derek looks up and sees Lisa standing there all-alone. The girl that was hanging around Grace earlier

"Doc?"

" Yeah. What is it? Just stabilize the fracture and get him to the hospital as soon as possible" Derek said as He makes his way over to Lisa

"Hi. You ok? Did a doctor bring you here? Huh, same? Grace ok?" Derek asked

Grace is under water. She is no longer swimming or struggling in any way. She is merely sinking. She was done fighting

Lisa and Derek are at the scene. She looks very frightened and is trying to look around for some familiar landmark or person. Derek is holding her hand.

"What? It's ok. Just think. Where is she? Which way did she go? It's ok. Take your time. Take all the time you need, you're doing great. What is it?" Derek asked. He was concerned over his girlfriend. She hasn't been herself at all

Lisa spots a red cross sign and walks toward it

"Good." Derek said

They stop on the dock. Lisa stares out into the water.

"Ok, use your words. Where exactly is Grace."

She points into the water and derek looks terrified. He had realised grace was in the water. Grace is still sinking and derek had no idea how long that she was in the water for and if she was going to be okay

"Gracie?" Derek said to himself. He had to get her out of there

Lisa is standing on the dock staring into the water when a coast guard officer walks up

"Hey kid! Kid! You ok? You need to come with me. Kid?" He said

He picks Lisa up and starts to carry her away. As he is walking you hear coughing and then deeek walks onto the dock with a very blue and very, very lifeless grace in his arms. He's dropping wet from the water but he didn't care. He needed grave. He needed her to be okay. Graces small fragile lay limp in his arms like a rag doll.
