Mark and Derek walking along a country path
" The woman loves me." Mark said
"Bella or Erica Hahn?" Derek asked
" I'm telling you. We went out last night, had a couple drinks." Mark said
" You and Erica?" Derek asked
" Just me and Hahn. And Callie. All right, so it wasn't a date. Besides I'm with Bella, You're gonna tell me where we're going?" Mark asked
" Why does it always have to be about the destination? Why can't it be about the journey?" Derek asked
" 'Cause I'm wearing $300 shoes." Mark said
"Grace told me she wants to try." Derek said
" She found out about you and Rose?" Mark asked
" No. There's nothing to find out. It was just a kiss. A kiss that she out on me" Derek said
" Yeah, but you're not the kind of guy who makes out with nurses in scrub rooms . Not that there's anything wrong with that." Mark said as they come out into a clearing
" What do you think?" Derek asked
" It was more than just a kiss." Mark said
" The view."
It is a hilltop with an amazing view overlooking the surrounding valley.
" Well, what am I looking at?" Mark asked
" The view from my new house." Derek said

Derek is smoothing out house blue prints on the table. Grace is cracking eggs. Grace was trying to be nice and sisterly to Lexie
" It's a classic Victorian design with an open floor plan. What are you doing?" Derek said
" I'm making an omelet." Grace said
" What do you think of the house?" Derek asked
" The house? I think the house is great." Meredith said
" If you don't like, you can tell me. It's your house, too." Derek said as grace drops an egg on the floor. It was the first time he said it was their house
" Damn."
" So why are you cooking again?" Derek asked
" Lexie was having a bad night, and I thought I would do something semi-sisterly." Grace said
"Really?" Derek asked
" Really." Meredith said

Grace stood in the kitchen. Grace is putting a plate in front of Derek. Lexie and Alex walk in.
" I'm not saying we have to build it now, but we have to plan it now" derek said as grace smiled
"what the hell is that?" Alex asked as he walked into the kitchen with Lexie
