Grace and Bella stood outside of the hospital. They looked to the nurses who were striking as they stood with George and izzie
"Can't. Can't, can't cross the picket line. I can't." George said as bella looked to him and smiled
"Good for you Georgie" she said
"I don't like it either, George, but what choice to we have? Ok you took an oath to heal. You're a healer." Izzie said as grace rolled her eyes
"Leave him alone. Haven't you got to post in your underwear or something" Bella said as grace chuckled
"Dad's a truck driver. Mom's a teacher. The evening news shows me crossing the picket line ... they'll outlive me just to pee on my grave." George said
"If you ask me we should be the ones striking. I mean we were every hour of the day. We're interns and it's not easy but here we are" grace said
"I mean I'm with you there. Mark always had a thing for nurses"
"From what I hear he had a thing for anyone who dropped their knickers. I mean your an example maybe grace is next I mean she slept with Alex" izzie siad
"What the fuck did you say" Bella asked as she grabbed the coffee out of izzie hand and poured it over her head
Coke on let's face this" grace said as she and Bella pushed their way the friend. They groaned as the nurses threw things at them
"How old are they five" Bella asked as they walked into the hospital
Grace walked into the locker room and sighed. She knew that it was going to be even harder to work with the nurses on strike and how it was the last thing she needed
She looked as Cristina walked in and smiled "they're animals they threw food at me" Cristina said
"Seriously" Bella asked as Meredith walked in. She looked around and saw grace
"I thought that you were coming with me to see mom" Meredith asked as grace sighed
"Mer"
"No. I know that you have your issues with Kim but she's our mom"
"She's thinks I'm you mer. She doesn't even realise I'm alive. She's living her residency before she got pregnant with me. She calls me Meredith and it's hard mer" grace said as Meredith nodded
"I know but she is our mom and we don't know how much longer she has. I think that you will regret it besides the chief has been visiting her and it's weird" Meredith said as grace frowned
"Weird how"
"I dunno it's just weird" Meredith said as grace looked to her sister and frowned

Grace and Bella walked to the nurses station where Cristina, izzie and Alex were standing
"What are we talking about" Bella asked
"Which resident we'll get once bailey leaves" izzie said
