An ambulance arrives in the ambulance bay, where Derek and Richard are waiting.
Addison gets out of the ambulance, followed by Naomi. Addison hugs Richard while Naomi hugs Derek. While Addison hugs Derek, Archer is unloaded from the ambulance.
" Don't worry. " Richard said as Addison smiled
" We're gonna take care of him. "
"Long time. Naomi" Derek said
" We've got an I.C.U. bed all ready for him." Richard said
"Oh, yesterday, he was fine. We went to lunch. I thought he was fine" Addison said as they walked inside

Grace sat in the kitchen. She couldn't sleep and she was reading medical books. She was trying to find out what was wrong with her and it scared her
She looked to see mark as he walked in "Gracie how are you feeling" he asked as she looked to him
"I'm fine. I am trying to find int what is wrong I don't need tests. I don't need any of it I just need answers. Now where is that medical book" she said
"You mean the one on your hands" he said as she frowned
"Oh I knew that" she said
"You couldn't see it could you?" He asked as she shock her head
"You and i are going to bailey today" he said
"I'm fine mark. There's no need to waste expensive tests on me. It's needed for real patients." Grace said as mark rolled his eyes
"You are a real patient. I'll tell Bella" he said
"Bella doesn't scare me"
"Okay then I'll tell Derek no. I'll tell Meredith I know your sister is the only person that does scare you" he said as she looked to him and sighed
"Fine I'll go but only to shut you up as I am fine and this will prove me right" Grace said

Richard and Derek are examining Archer.
"Does he know how he got the parasite?" Richard asked
"He thinks he got it from eating unwashed fruit in Mexico." Addison said
"He's bradycardic." Derek said
"Why is he bradycardic and hypotensive?" Addison said
"He's having a reaction to the fentanyl drip. " Richard said
" Stop the fentanyl drip and push the narcan. " derek said
" Wait. Derek, he was in status. I mean, if you take him off the drip and he's seizes up, there could be permanent brain damage" addison said
"We better hope that doesn't happen. " derek said
"Hope? That ... that's what your plan is ... is hinging on, hoping that ... that the worst doesn't happen? " addison said
