Grace walked out of the bathroom as she looked to see Derek as he stood in a pair of boxers as he stood getting ready. She looked to him and groaned as he turned to face her

"What?" He asked

"It's really not fair that you look like they well I look like this fat and pregnant" she said

"I can't help that" Derek said as grace looked to him and rolled her eyes

"Really were you or were you not the one who got me pregnant?" She asked as he looked to her and smirked

"I didn't hear you complain" he said as she looked to him and rolled her eyes as she turned to walk into the bathroom

"Where are you going?" Derek asked

"For a very cold shower alone"

"Gracie come on" Derek said as she closed the door. Grace knew how her pregnancy hormones were getting to her and she knew when Derek looked like that it didn't help

Grace got to the hospital as she and Derek stood examing Adele

"Adele, the tests we ran last month showed findings consistent with early-onset Alzheimer's. " Derek said

"I was a nurse for 30 years, Derek. I know what Alzheimer's looks like. I also know that 20% of the people that are diagnosed with it turn out to have something else. I don't have Alzheimer's. I don't" Adele said

They stood Outside Adele's Room

"So a lot of patients need time to come to terms with their diagnosis. The same thing happened to my mother. " Grace said

"We don't have time. Derek, we need to get Adele in on your trial right now. " richard said

" We need her consent to even consider her." Derek said

"Look, I'll take care of that. Don't worry. " Richard said

" We don't even know if she fits the criteria. And the trial is full. Even the waiting list is full. " derek said

"I know all of that. I also know that you'll do whatever you need to do to help my wife" richard said

Grace sat getting a checkup as she looked to mark as he stood in the room with her "you know that you didn't have to come mark. Derek has surgery I can have a scan on my own" Grace said as mark nodded

"I know that you can but Bella wouldn't forgive me if I let you go alone" he said as she smiled

"Thanks" Grace said as Lucy finished checking on Grace

"Thirty weeks. Everything looks fine. Right on track" Lucy said as grace smiled

"How's his size? " mark asked as grace looked to him and rolled her eyes

"Oh, Mark. " she said

" It's okay. I'm used to that trick. Its size is within the norm. " lucy said

"Come on. We're here. You know you want to know." Mark said

"No you want to know me and Derek agreed besides you didn't get me pregnant you don't get to say can you imagine how pissed Derek would be if we found our and he wasn't here if you found our before him"
