Grace sat in the bar. She sat drinking, with the other interns who were watching Burke as he played darts as Derek sat at the table across the bar watching, Bella frowned to herself as she noticed tension with grace and her brother

"what's going on. What have I missed?" Meredith asked as she also saw it. She didn't know how derek had called her sister a whore

"He's picturing my face. He's totally picturing that dart puncturing my skull. Whoa! Look at that" Cristina said looking at Burke as grace frowned

"Derek...Derek is picturing you" Izzie said as bella glanced over at her brother

"He called me a whore. He lost the right to picture me" grace said

"he did what now. Okay what the hell did I miss, what the hell" Meredith said

"Mer leave it. He's not worth it" grace said as she took a sip of her drink

"So I fall asleep during sex. So what? Ass" cristina said towards Burke

"Ass" grace said towards Derek as Alex walks by

"Oh, ass! Hey!" Izzie said as grace rolled her eyes at them. Grace knew that things were still awkward with her and alex sicne they had sex

"mark has a nice ass" Bella said as she Downed her drink. Grace looked to her and raised an eyebrow at her

"Isobel Stevens has finally left the hospital. Does this mean heart patient dude finally kicked it?" Alex asked

"I'm sorry. This section of the bar is for surgeons. We don't socialize with gynecologists" Izzie said as the rest of the interns sniggered as George enters

"Now why don't you be nice to me like Gracie here" he said as grace narrowed her eyes at him

"Don't call me that. It's what he calls me besides you can be as nice as you wants but I am not sleeping with you again. You have no idea how much drama that has caused" grace said as she downed a shot

She knew that she wanted to get drunk to forget it all. She wanted to forget the drama with derek and she hated it

"George!" Izzie said as grace smiled as she saw that he was with Callie

"hey Callie have a seat" grace said as she noticed the glare that Izzie had gave her for inviting Callie over. Grace knew that she liked her better than izzie

Grace sat in the vets with derek. She sat with Meredith as well as addison as Finn talked to them over doc

"That's it? That's your diagnosis?" Derek asked as grace rolled her eyes

"Yes, he said bone cancer, so that would be his diagnosis.  Are you dead or just stupid" grace spat as he looked to her. The tension between the two of them was through the roof

"I heard him. I was double checking. " derek said as they looked to each other

Addison and Meredith can sense the tension in the room. Meredith and Finn held a look

"still need to do a bone scan to see how far it's spread. Osteosarcomas are aggressive, but we can try and treat it with chemo or remove the tumor entirely. If it's spread too far, we may have to amputate the limb. " finn said as he placed a hand on Meredith's knee. Derek saw as he looked to her. Grace smirked and gave him a look to say I told you so
