Grace stood with the rest of the interns apart from izzie and Cristina who they all looked down at her as she stood organising the OR board
"I'm sorry but who does the ice Queen think that she is" grace asked
"In charge apparently" Bella said
"Burke's back and suddenly Christina's running his board. Who does she think she is, Bailey?" George asked
"She's helping him" Meredith said
"Don't be a suck up mer" grace said as she looked to her sister
"She's taking advantage. She gets out of rounds, she scrubs in on every surgery Burke does, she's ordered around 3'rd year residents..." Alex said
"You're overreacting..." Meredith said
"No he's not" grace said as they looked to cristina who grabs the pen from the nurse's hand and starts writing on the board
"She's writing on the board!" George said
"Maybe I should sleep with Burke..." Alex said
"As long as it's not me again" grace said
"Maybe I should sleep with mark see what benefits I get out of it I mean he's sleeping with everyone else saying he wants me back" Bella said
"Don't you dare" grace warned. She knew her best friend and she knew mark Sloan and letting mark get his hooked back in her Bella wasn't a good idea

Derek walks out of the shower, and screams upon seeing a woman on his bed.
"Well hey there stranger." Nancy said
"Nancy you don't call first?" Derek said as he looked to his sister
The door opened as grace enters "hey I" she said as she frowned as she saw nancy b
"Grace...Gracie let me explain!" He said as she turned around and walked off
"I take it that was the slutty intern you cheated on Addison with?" Nancy said
"She's not slutty. What are you doing here?" Derek said
"You bailed on Thanksgiving, then Christmas, you're living in a trailor, and you're getting a divorce,and then there's the slutty intern." Nancy said
"I really don't like you. I don't see you harassing Bella"
" You love me. Isabella needs to learn to do what she's told" nancy said
"Try it and see where it gets you" derek said knowing Bella was the only sister he could cope with

Grace got to work the next morning all that she could think over was how derek had another woman in his trailer
"I'm feeling really good." Izzie said as grace rolled her eyes. Grace knew that she couldn't deal with her right now
"Good." George said
