56- The Talk

Carl's P.O.V.

It's been two days and everything had gotten a little better. I held Mia in my arms. Glenn had woken up but Mia not yet.

I kiss Mia's lips hoping she would kiss back but of course nothing.

Carl she cant kiss you.

She cant hold you.

She cant speak to you.

Your not going to get a response.

And as if she read my mind Mia whimpered as she moved closer to me. "Mia?" I say softly with a light smile as she wraps her arms around my neck.

Maggie sits up and watches Mia cautiously. Mia opens her wyes "Oh my gosh babygirl." I say as I hug her.

Mia's hands found there way to my hair as i kissed her all over her face a neck.

"Carl." She giggles. Her voice was still lightly hoarse. "Why are you in here? Carl you could get sick!" She says as she pulls my face away from her neck.

"I had to help you Mia. I couldn't stay away from you for another second." I say as I stand up with her in my arms, i was holding her bridal style.

"A-Am i okay?" Mia asks.

I nod "Your okay now baby, your not sick."

Mia smiles then snuggles her head into my chest. I walked to our cell with Mia. She got out of my arms and laid on the bed.

"How badly did you miss me?" Mia asks as I pull my shirt off.

"So fucking badly" I moan.

Mia smiles as I unbuckle my belt and pull down my pants. "Can I have one of your t-shirts?" Mia asks as she does starts to take off her shirt and pants.

I smile with a nod and give Mia one of my t-shirts. She sleeps it over her head and smiled at me then frowns "Are you going to leave me for Jessica since she is carrying your baby?" Mia asks.

Slipping my body into bed next to hers. "Jessica isn't the one who is pregnant." I shake my head.

"Then who is?" Mia asks.

Mia's P.O.V.

Someone at the prison is pregnant and Carl said he would let Momma tell me who. I put on some pants and wait for Carl.

Oh my gosh is Nanny pregnant for Hayes?

Momma and Glenn come in with Carl and Rick. Carl sits down next to me. "So?" I ask.

Momma smiles and places a hand on her stomach "Glenn and I are having a baby." Momma says.

Mom is the one who is pregnant.

Not nanny.

Momma.

Im going to be a big sister!

"Carl did you hear that? Im going to get the little sibling I've always wanted!" I squeal as I hug Carl's neck.

"Yeah you are Mia." Carl chuckles.

"How far along are you?" I ask.

"Three weeks" Mom smiles.

"Were you planning?" I ask.

"Well we had sorta been planning." Glenn nods.

I smile as I place my head in Carl's chest. "What does this have to do with Jessica's pregnancy?" I ask.
