Jimin wakes up as carefully as possible, afraid he's going to wake up Seokjin.

The rest of the boys are placing the decorations they prepared yesterday all around the living room and kitchen.

"Did you turn off his alarm?" Yoongi asks, baking the pancakes.

"He didn't turn it on—he guessed we would do that after all these years." Jimin giggles, hugging Yoongi from behind.

He rests his cheek on his back, taking a moment to breath.

Jungkook raises an eyebrow, playing with a pink balloon. "So that's what you do every year?"

Jungkook's about to hit the balloon floating in the air, but someone jumps behind him and hit it first. He doesn't need to turn around to find out who that hand belongs to, he has held it enough number of times.

"Seokjinnie always wakes up first. Imagine if he woke up before we all do? He would've to make his own breakfast and ours without his birthday decoration—so lame."

Jungkook hums. "Don't you think you could learn how to cook? Jin and Yoongi won't be here forever to cook your food—" he cuts himself at Taehyung's heavy stare. "Or maybe yes," he continues, "but wouldn't you like to cook your own food? Learn to bake your own biscuits?"

"Why would I learn to bake biscuits if I already have a brand that does it for me? They cook, I give them my money. Sounds fair to me."

Jungkook shakes his head without suppressing a smile. "I'll show you how to make biscuits some day—better than those you eat every day."

Taehyung's eyes widen and walks closer to him. "Really?! Really?! Really?! Will you show me?"

Jungkook smirks and joins Hoseok on the living room to finish the last details, while Taehyung follows him around like a puppy pleading to pinky promise him.

Namjoon goes upstairs when the sweet vanilla scent of pancakes fills up the whole living room. Gently, he opens the door. The sunlight illuminates the room, but Seokjin remains sleeping like a baby hugging the stuffed blanket on Jimin's side.

Namjoon lays next to him, intertwining their legs and wraping an arm around his waist. He kisses his cheek until Seokjin flutters his eyes open.

"Happy birthday, little prince." he whispers in the elder's ear.

"Morning," Seokjin mutters, still sleepy. "Oh, wait . . ." he takes a sit position, rubbing his eyes and sniffing the air. "Pancakes?"

"Yoongs."

Seokjin's almost fully awake by now. He lets Namjoon pumper him a bit more before he goes to the bathroom and down with the rest of his boyfriends—and Jungkook. Boyfriend or not, to Seokjin the younger's already part of his family.

"Happy birthday Seokjinnie!" Taehyung runs to him first and gives him the biggest bear hug a human being could possibly give.

"Thank you Taehyungie," he rubs his hair, waiting for the younger to break the hug.

"Seokie, you won't believe what we've planned for today!!! Happy birthday!!!" Hoseok giggles, taking his hand and making him sit on the floor in front of the table.

"Better not to be anything crazy."

Jimin ruffles his hair, already sat next to him. "We're crazy about you, don't be surprised."

Seokjin laughs, and Jungkook scrunches his nose. "Oh, please, keep your love to yourself when I'm around."

Jimin laughs and rests an arm around Seokjin's shoulder. "Don't worry, Kookie. I'll patiently wait for the day you fall in love and say all these things yourself."

Jungkook gulps and lowers his head, staring his empty plate.

"Jungkookie poogie in love? I need to see that!"

"Who would ever date him? And why do I care?" Taehyung rolls his eyes, but soon becomes aware of his words. "Sorry, that sounded awful. Yes, you'll date the person that likes you back soon. Yes, you'll. Because why wouldn't they like you back? Wait, that doesn't mean I like you. I don't, why would I like you?"

Namjoon snorts, and Seokjin takes a sip of his coffee wishing Yoongi'll come soon with their breakfast. Jimin narrows slightly his eyebrows, but his expression soon changes at the sight of Yoongi placing their plates at the table, followed by a bowl of strawberries and bananas.

Jungkook shakes his head in hopes to forget what Taehyung said. Will I ever be able to date Tiger?

He clears his throat. "Happy birthday, Jin."

Taehyung moves to a side so Yoongi can sit in between—the last thing he needs is eating breakfast next to Jungkook. But, of course, he could if he wanted to. He can eat next to Jungkook and as far away from him, he doesn't care if they sit close or far from each other because he doesn't care about Jungkook. He would never—or that's what he keeps repeating in his head while chewing on his beloved strawberries. Jungkook can date whoever he wants—he doesn't care.

The boys collect all the dirty dishes and let the space clean after eating. They won't come back until late at night, and no one, not even Seokjin, will have the energy to do it.

Yoongi makes Seokjin sit on the sofa, while the others sit on the other sofa—Taehyung and Jimin on Namjoon's and Hoseok's laps, while Jungkook has a bit more space for himself.

"Cutie pie, let me give you my gift now. Hm, let's say you'll mostly need it soon."

Seokjin tilts his head as Yoongi grabs a long package from behind the sofa.

"What is that?"

"If I tell it it won't be a surprise anymore. Open it."

Still hesitant, Seokjin unwraps the red bow and carefully unwraps the white paper.

He gasps. "No you didn't! Yoongs! Oh my goodness, are you crazy?! A fishing rod?! How - when - I love it. Thank you thank you thank you thank you."

He carefully places the gift on the table and throws himself at Yoongi, kissing every part of his face. Yoongi pushes him slightly away and kisses him briefly.

"Happy birthday, cute pie. Any guesses?"

Seokjin, still with a huge smile on his face, turns to the gift. "Are we going to fish?"

"Something so much better than that!" Hoseok places Jimin on the floor and quickly gets up. "Put on warm clothes! It's going to be cold!"
