Drizzle falls against Taehyung's fluffy hair as he waits for Namjoon outside his van. He shoves his hand on his pocket and takes out his old green phone.

6:02PM

He turns his head side to side to check his surroundings, but it remains empty as always—apart from an old lady poking his head behind the old curtains. When the phone marks 6:05PM, familiar steps approach him.

Namjoon greets him with a smile and hugs him quickly. "V, thank you for picking me up."

Taehyung's cheeks become more prominent, his smile widening. "Don't thank me, dummy. Come on, everyone's waiting for us."

"Let's get over this, shall we?" Namjoon rubs the driver's hair affectionately and both of them disappear behind Blacky's doors.

"Hey, Jimin. Do you have a minute?" Jungkook whispers in his ear, hoping Seokjin and Yoongi will let them go without questioning them.

The Bangtan Boys keep trying to formulate a plan that guarantees their win. If Namjoon's right and they didn't suspect anything—therefore believed the accident—the first twenty four hours Dora can assume Namjoon had another accident or left on his own, God knows why.

Jimin nods, swallowing down the access of saliva on his mouth.

Jungkook holds his hand and brings him outside.

"Hold on—it's raining. Let's talk inside."

Jungkook shakes his head, leaning on the railing. "Don't worry, it's just water. I needed to talk to you in private."

Jimin tilts his head as he moves next to him and looks up at the grey clouds for a moment. The rain intensifies, followed by thunder rumbling in the distance. "Is this about the alter?"

"Jimin, please. I need to know what happened between you two, why do you hate each other so much. In a blink of an eye we'll be on our way to that mansion, and I don't want to die without knowing what happened. I want us to be okay, too. I care about you, more than you think."

Jimin turns to him, worry glimmering in his eyes. "Do you think we'll die?"

"I don't know, that's why I need to talk to you."

"Have you asked him?"

"Yeah, but doesn't remember."

Jimin scoffs under his breath. "And you believed him? He doesn't want you to know the truth because you'll hate him if you do. He's not only a murder, but also a liar and a traitor."

Jungkook frowns, lowering his head to focus entirely on the blondie. "Murder? Well, we all killed. It's part of our work. What does it have to do with you and Tiger?"

"Killing the enemy is part of our work. . . Leaving each other behind is worse than betraying. That's unforgivable." Jimin fumes, taking a step back. "It is if we ask for help."

Jungkook folds his hands in prayer, his eyes shining in despair. "I don't understand. Can you tell me exactly what happened?"

"If we could meet each other again after all these years, it's not thanks to him. If it were for that alter I'd be dead. He's a monster, Jungkook. With all the letters."

Jungkook stutters, "Did - did he try to kill you?"

"He abandoned me, Jungkook!" Jimin explodes, tears welling up in his eyes. "He left me behind! That day I paired with Taehyung in the mission, and I knew something was wrong because my Tae Tae would never leave me behind. He'd never look at me with cold eyes. Your lovely boyfriend didn't care.
