Jimin roams around the flat, avoiding the living room, where Tiger and Jungkook watch a movie joyfully—their laugh reaching his ears if he steps too close.

He waits for Seokjin to come back from the office. He would look for his boyfriend himself, but to do so he would've to pass next to the living room. He swears his eyes will lose their connection with his brain if he sees Tiger's face one more time.

It glows differently than Taehyung's.

It repulses him.

The detective, who finally left his office to rest, finds Jimin pacing in the hallway, head lowered. "Jimin, what is it?"

"Oh god, I can't stand him anymore!" Jimin yells in a whisper.

Seokjin blinks, but before he can formulate another question Jimin drags him to the detective's room by the wrist.

Jimin locks the door, just in case.

"Tiger! He pisses me off so much! Why—why did he come back? And why is he dating Jungkook?"

Seokjin instantly process the information. Nothing new, nothing he never heard before.

"Jiminie, did something happen?"

"Yes. He's a ruthless alter without a heart. He pushed me on purpose! He didn't even apologise. He lacks the most important human quality: empathy. He never had one."

Seokjin moves his nose side to side. "Well, to me he does. Jimin," Seokjin leans a hand on his shoulder, "maybe if you tried to get along -"

"So you also think it's my fault? What about him? He started it! Did you forgot what he did to me that day?"

Seokjin gasps. "No, you know I wouldn't. But he didn't know us back then -"

"After everything I went through—I can't forgive him. I almost lose everything because of him, Jin."

"I know, baby." Seokjin pulls him in his embrace, softly caressing his hair. "We almost lose you."

"How can Jungkook date a monster like him? Bet he never told him what he did to me." Jimin scoffs, followed by a bitter laugh. "Oh god, he may not even remember it. But I doubt it, he knew what he was doing when he left me all alone."

"There were other times, Jiminie. That was years ago and we're living in the present. And right now," Seokjin breathes, "I think he's a good guy, Jiminie."

"With everyone but me."

"If you could be nicer to him -"

"Never, Seokjinnie. After what he did to me, I'll never forgive him. Taehyung either." Jimin suddenly pulls away, crossing his arms against his chest. "You didn't let me tell him. He deserves to know what his alter did to me."

Seokjin sighs. "You know it's useless now, baby."

Jimin whines. "I hope he disappears again and never comes back!"

Seokjin shakes his head to himself, resonating with Jimin is useless when it comes to his relationship with Tiger. Everyone knows it, it's the unspoken fact of the Bangtan Boys.

True, they didn't have their best encounter—the worst one could ever have—but Tiger evolved. If the situation repeated again, Seokjin's certain Tiger wouldn't act the way he did -

Maybe he would, he hates him, Seokjin thinks, but quickly shakes his head as a shiver runs down his spine.

"Baby, don't think about him anymore, mm-hmm? You will get yourself premature wrinkles. You don't want that, right?" he boops his nose.
