Tiger trips with his own feet in his way to grab a new shirt. He runs fast to come back to his boyfriend, but instead he ends up stumbling forward and bumping into someone's chest. The fruity scent instantly invades his nostrils, reaching his lungs, and he just knows who it belongs to.

He quickly pulls away and Jimin brushes his shoulder, as if Tiger had dirtied him.

"Can you mind where you're going?"

"Sorry, I didn't know a human body could control its every move, but thank you for your concern." Tiger spits out, his voice full of sarcasm.

He rotates his ankles a few times.

"Well, will you move?" Jimin asks, bringing his hands to his hips.

Tiger frowns, staying still.

Their eyes spill fire, the air around them becomes think as the tension grows, neither of them breaking the eye contact. In the moment of silence, the same question that chased Tiger every day since the first encounter with Jimin arises again.

Why? What did I ever do to you? Why do you like everyone but me? Why don't you like me? Why do you despise me? Hell, because I'm an alter? Because I'm not your Tae Tae? Screw you.

He tightens his fists and clenches his jaw.

Jimin never played fairly with him.

Why are you so dense, wanting me to look like the bad guy? Hell, why did you claim me as the bad guy when you didn't even know me?

Everything comes back to Taehyung.

Tiger, better than anyone else, knows he's not Taehyung. He's just here to protect him.

His story with Jungkook should've never happened if he just remained doing what he's meant to do. His life-long mission: protect Taehyung.

He literally died when Taehyung completely healed, he didn't need him anymore. But for some reason, now he still does. Will he fade away when Namjoon comes back and all their problems are solved?

Tiger should've never gotten into any type of relationship with the other boys: neither good nor bad.

Just focusing on protecting Taehyung's life: body and mind.

Nevertheless, for some unknown reason, Jimin didn't give him a chance like the others. He always tried to get rid of him by bringing Taehyung back, believing and making everyone else believe he's a monster.

So that's what Tiger gave him.

Still, it isn't fair. He judged him without a reason.

Every time Tiger took over, he did everything he could to bring him back to the deep in Taehyung's mind. He didn't let him live, he didn't let him explore his time in a human body, like Jungkook did.

He just pulled him back, treating him like a monster. Like the dark side of Taehyung. True, with Jungkook he could explore all the emotions he feels now and become a better human to our society's eyes. Before his Bunny, he just acted on his instincts, what guided him: protect and attack.

He only knew that before meeting the younger that changed his life forever.

Jimin blinks and finally lowers his gaze.

Nobody could stare at someone with the intensity that Tiger does, as if he was meant to win every battle.

The alter finally moves forward to reach Taehyung's room, bumping rather harshly on Jimin's shoulder, making him stumble this time

"Right. Monsters don't have manners, nor they apologize."

Jimin scoffs. "I hate you."

"It's mutual."
