"Chimmy, Chimmy, Chimmy!" A smiley Taehyung jumps off the stool and runs towards his sleepy boyfriend.

The blonde head just hugs him, eyes closed. He breathes in, resting his cheek on Taehyung's chest, enjoying the warmth of his skin under his pajama shirt. The sweet scent of his younger boyfriend fills his lungs and Jimin sighs in relief, his muscles finally relaxing.

Taehyung doesn't know for how long they've stayed like this in the middle of the kitchen, but when he pulls slightly away to check on Jimin, his boyfriend almost falls down. The petite boy fell asleep in Taehyung's comforting and protective embrace.

"Breakfast's ready." Seokjin announces softly. "Jiminie, I made some soup. Do you want to go to the living room with Taehyung? I'll bring it to you."

Jimin only nods, rubbing his eyes with his small fists.

Hoseok warned Seokjin about Jimin's awful night. Every time he fell asleep, he had a nightmare. The redhead couldn't get enough sleep either, as he kept calming the younger and didn't let himself fall asleep until Jimin did.

"May I have some of this soup, too? Pretty pretty pretty please?" Hoseok blinks excessively rapidly.

Seokjin chuckles. "Mm-hmm. I'll fill another bowl for you." Seokjin kisses his cheek. "My lovely sunshine."

Hoseok smiles brightly, despite the dark circles under his eyes. "Let me help you."

"Thank you, Seokie. But you and Jimin should try to get some sleep later, okay?"

Hoseok nods. "Will you sleep with him?"

Seokjin bites his lower lip, stopping his hand mid-air as he fills Hoseok's bowl.

"What's wrong?" Hoseok asks, patiently waiting for Seokjin to add the last tablespoon.

Seokjin smiles nervously. "I just wanted to check on Namjoon . . . But I can join Jimin later."

Hoseok puts a hand on his shoulder reassuringly. "No biggie, Seokie. Taehyung will happily do it, I've no doubts. Besides, after what you did for him last night he probably wants to see you the most."

"I do doubt that. He hates us."

"Duh, but he must hate you the less."

"If you say so, Seokie." Seokjin lets out a long sigh, and finally adds the last tablespoon in the bowl.

Seokjin knocks on Namjoon's door a few times, but there's no answer.

"I know you're not sleeping. I made you breakfast."

Silence.

Seokjin takes a deep breath. He places the tray on the wooden floor and unlocks the door.

Surprisingly, Namjoon's not ready to escape as he has predicted in his mind. He grabs the tray with Namjoon's breakfast and slips in, closing the door as slow as he can.

Namjoon sleeps peacefully on the bed. The navy silk sheets hang from the bed, part of it resting on the floor. Namjoon's bare back faces the ceiling and his sleepy face is buried against the pillow. Seokjin's eyes land on his freckle under his neck.

It is really him.

He examines every corner of Namjoon's body as if he was observing it for the very first time.

His waist and lower body are covered by the sheets, less his feet.

Namjoon's clothes are spressed messily on the floor and Seokjin lets out a silent gasp.

The pajamas. I forgot the pajamas.
How could I not give him pajamas?
What if he gets sick?
Isn't he cold?
The spring just began.

He places the wooden tray on the floor and vacillates towards the bed. He takes a hold of the sheets and carefully pulls them up on the bed. He spreads them over Namjoon's body, making sure it covers his shoulders and his feet.

Namjoon doesn't move, breathing peacefully.

Seokjin debates between waking him up or letting him sleep some more.

He chooses the second option.

He sets the tray with food in the night stand, hoping Namjoon would wake up before the food gets cold and with another rush of hope, that would brighten his mood just a little bit.

That he likes them just a little bit more than he did yesterday.

That's just too big a dream.

"So, I've got a plan." Yoongi begins, leaning his body forward. "What if we try to bring his memories back? Let's just tell him the truth. That we're dating, but then he suddenly got kidnapped in a mission and they brainwashed him, thus he can't remember us."

"I wouldn't even believe it myself if I didn't know it's true." Hoseok blurs out, earning a side eye from Yoongi. "But it's not bad. He can't dislike us more than he already does, and he won't die if we try to bring him back, right?"

"Uh—I don't think so?" Jungkook guesses. "I'll ask Tiger for advice when he comes back."

Seokjin furrows his eyebrows. "Why Tiger?"

"He lives inside Taehyung's head. He himself is a mind. A soul. Maybe he can come with some good ideas to trigger Namjoon's mind in a positive way, so we can bring the old memories back. They can't be gone, right? The past Joon with his past memories has to be somewhere in his subconscious mind."

"Right, they can't make it disappear . . . Am I right, cutie pie?"

Yoongi turns his head to Seokjin, who sits next to him with his eyebrows slightly furrowed and his legs crossed. Since Namjoon's brainwashed, he has become the main brain of the group.

"Yeah, I - I guess so. I never brainwashed someone."

"Neither did we." Hoseok remarks, his playful laugh lighting up the room.

Yoongi stands up. "Let's bring him here."

"What about Jimin-ssi and Taehyung? They're still sleeping. Shouldn't they be here as well?"

"They won't sleep for long after we bring Namjoon here. He has forgotten all the peace and shit he taught us, all he does is yell like a maniac." Yoongi cuckles. "Oh, wait. Yeah, remind me to tease him later for it when he comes back to himself."
