Jungkook flutters his eyes open, Tiger doesn't lie next to him.

He sits up straight in the bed, but Tiger's nowhere in the room. Jungkook rubs his eyes, he must be eating breakfast.

Jungkook does the laundry as soon as he finishes getting changed, and bumps into Seokjin in his way downstairs.

"Oh, Kook. Don't make a lot of noise, mm-hmm? Taehyung wanted to make smoothies for breakfast but I didn't let him. Joon and Yoongs are sleeping, I'm afraid they spent all night awake tracking something on Yoongi's laptop. We'll talk about it later, alright?"

Jungkook pretends his heart didn't sink at the mention of Taehyung, he was completely sure Tiger would wake up next to him . . . But if Taehyung took control again, why hadn't he punched him? Why hadn't he freaked out? Why hadn't he woken up on the floor?

"Jungkook?"

Jungkook shifts his eyes on him again. "Huh Uh, yeah, don't worry."

"Thank you." Seokjin smiles. "By the way, have you put the clothes in the washing machine?"

Jungkook scratches the back of his neck, noticing the noise for the first time. "Yeah, it's not fair you always end up doing the chores."

Seokjin smiles fondly and hugs him. "Thank you, Kook. I was about to do it now—do you want me to make you some breakfast?"

Jungkook laughs and shakes his head going downstairs, the elder following right behind him. Jungkook can't blame the boys for not helping as much as they could, when Seokjin offers his help even if nobody asked. He's an angel.

Jungkook clears his throat when he reaches the living room. "Morning."

Jungkook and Taehyung stare at each other. Moments of yesterday night flash through Jungkook's mind, even if Taehyung's eyes are softer and lighter, even if his expressions are cuter, he sees Tiger for a moment longer than he wished. Yesterday he had done Tiger a handjob, caressed and kissed his body—the same body belonging to Taehyung. But Tiger's not Taehyung, you dickhead.

Jungkook breaks eye contact first. Taehyung takes a hold of his bear cup and sips on it rather loudly, letting everyone know it's the last.

Jungkook makes his way to the kitchen. Holy moly does he know? He curses under his breath, Taehyung's smarter than he looks, at least to him. He has run out of excuses, better said, there's no excuse Jungkook knows of that can explain why Tiger and him were sleeping shirtless, Jungkook with an arm wrapped around his waist, his lips placing soft kisses on Tiger's nape as he fell asleep—

"We made it with Jiminie. Hope you enjoy." a sound of a bowl crashing against the marble takes him out of his thoughts.

"Huh?"

"We already ate breakfast and Hobi's in the shower. Go on, you can finish it."

Jungkook shifts his sight to the bowl of Greek yogurt with fruits, then looks at Taehyung. He can't read his expression. Does he know?

"Know what?"

"Huh?"

"Hobi? We all already ate, Namjoonie and Yoonie won't come here for a while. Seokjinie'll wake them up around lunch."

"Taetae! Did you offer him that? My Taetae and Kookie are you finally in good terms?"

Taehyung hums. "Is that so weird? He saved my life. If it weren't for him . . . I don't know where would I be now."

Jungkook lets out the breath he held. Tiger must have woken up in the middle of the night and come back to his own bed.

"Thank you for sharing your food with me, Tae."

He only hums and takes Jimin's hand, returning to the sofa.

Jungkook makes his coffee humming a song. If Taehyung acts nice and like a normal human being, Jungkook's convinced that he can be a good company. Jungkook ignores the fact he does it for pure courtesy, he doesn't want to fight with Taehyung anymore, less now that he has a big sweet spot for Tiger. After everything he did with Tiger . . . it would be weird to fight while looking at the same face he kissed, even if the eyes don't remain the same.

Yoongi tells the others what he told Namjoon yesterday, all about the connection coming from the factory, mostly at midnight.

"So that's why you stayed up all night." Seokjin nods to himself.

The bits and pieces he had in his head finally make sense now.

"What could you discover yesterday?" Hoseok rests a hand on Yoongi's thighs.

"Nothing," the hacker begins, "but we could affirm their connection."

"Actually, we did discover something."

Yoongi raises an eyebrow and turns to Namjoon. "We did?"

"Mimi and her men spend every night in the factory working on something. We just have to find in which part they hide, a way to get to them, and kill them. Easy."

"Easy?" Jungkook raises his voice. "What do you mean easy? We almost died." he points at Taehyung and himself.

"Because you were alone. If all of us fight them, we can win. We're the Bangtan Boys, we can't forget our roots. Come on, even Mimi must fear us deep down. We went through harder situations, right?" he pauses and his boyfriends nod. "We only need to understand her game, the rest is history."

"But there's one thing I still don't understand," begins Yoongi again. "Why didn't she kill you? She could if she wanted to."

They stay quiet and Taehyung says, "She must have something else in mind."

"Yeah—but what?" Jimin asks to no one in particular.

Everyone stays silent.
