The Losers all sat in a circle, enjoying their last few days of summer together and soaking up the warm yellow sun. Richie laughs along with his friends at one of the many jokes he has cracked, but this time he finds himself straining to hear your laugh. His smile slowly fades off of his face and he reaches into his pocket, feeling the smooth surface of the last polaroid you took together and the soft scrap of paper with your new number scrawled on it.
