"And you know what? You're so right, Stan," you add, taking the microphone from your equally nervous and sweaty twin brother. The two of you are doing your speeches and it's taking a massive turn. Your father grabs at the cord of the microphone but you tug back, narrowing your eyes with a serious expression.
"You're right, Stan. We're Losers, Dad. We're Losers, all of us freaks, and we always fucking will be." Your dad's face turns pale as everyone in the syangogue gasps in shock. That is, everyone except for Richie, your boyfriend, who stands and begins to clap for you. His mother quickly drags him down and your brother takes you by the sleeve to escape the prying eyes of your entire extended family.
