~ Eddie watches in complete fascination as you tell off a group of girls for making fun of his size ~

"Hey, Shrimpy!" A group of girls in the grade ahead of you are teasing Eddie for his height, making him feel even smaller. You are busy getting sodas for the two of you from a vending machine and are yet to hear the teasing towards your boyfriend.
"Hey, I'm talking to you, runt!" another girl shouts, earning rounds of giggles from all of them. You happen to hear this remark and march up to Eddie, handing him both of your sodas and then stalking towards the girls.
"Were you guys making fun of him?" you ask, pointing over your shoulder to a blisteringly embarrassed Eddie. He loves seeing you mad, but in public? It makes him a little shy.
"So what?" a snooty looking brunette snorts, her eyes rolling in her head.
"So I'll sic my fucking dog on you plastic freaks if you don't leave him alone," you seethe, glaring at the four or five girls individually.
"Whatever," a blonde girl says, and all of them fold into a circle to continue gossiping, proving your method successful.
"You didn't have to," Eddie stammers when you come back, his face red with embarrassment and pride.
"I did what I had to do, babe," you reply, uncapping your bottled soda and taking a cool sip.
