~ Stan watches, completely mesmerized, as you help tie a little kid's shoe laces ~

You and Stan are on a date at the local pool, and the day has been going pretty well. No one has harassed you yet, the weather is nice, and there are no signs of It. There haven't been since the big fight between Bill and Richie, but the two of you try not to think about that.

"I'm gonna go grab a bottle of water," you tell your boyfriend, standing and walking barefoot up to the snack counter. Stan watches with a soft smile, wondering how he got lucky enough to be graced with a girlfriend as amazing as you.

As you are returning with your water, you spot a little boy looking frustrated on a park bench. He can't be much older than six, with a mop of curly blonde hair. You kneel by his side, worried that his parents had abandoned him. "Hey, little man. You alright?"

He nods, huffing and kicking his feet out. "My mommy'th in the bafroom and I wanna try tying my own shoeth, but I juth can't!" he cries, a lisp from two lost front teeth prominent in his voice. You smile, setting down your bottled water and offering to help him tie his shoes. He smiles widely and watches as you lace up the tennis shoes with ease, finished in less than ten seconds.

"There," you say, satisfied. "Have fun today, kiddo!"

"I will!" the little boy calls, and when you stand and turn to where Stan is sitting, he is staring at you with a slightly open mouth. Stan finds it super attractive that you're good with little kids, and seeing you help that little boy made him fall even deeper in love with you.

"What are you looking at?" you ask with a grin, uncapping your waterbottle.

"I hope you treat our kids the same way." You blush heavily, noticing the prominent smirk on your boyfriends proud face.
