Chapter Twenty Six

Matured content.

As the divorce had its slow process, the days of the rehearsals were being counted. It was now the one month of Themarie and Haven seeing one another. It was rather just them casually talking about what to improve with the dancing and the timing of the piano. Themarie was the one who usually picks Haven up to go to the theater studio in the afternoon and Themarie would drop her off back home. It was so casual and just formal for them now. Many were asking if they could hopefully be back together but that was not in their minds now.

At least not for Haven at least.

"Good job, Haven!" Cresia claps her hand as she watches Haven on the stage, dancing gracefully as Themarie plays the piano. A faint sonata of Tchaikovsky 's "Swan Lake" A theme song exactly fit for Haven out of the most coincidental situation. When Cresia picked them and the song, it was like a well placed puzzle piece together. Fitting exactly just for the two of them.

"More elegance, Haven. Focus on the song." From the depths of the tones to the softest hymn. Haven danced with all h4er heart, engraving Cresia's instructions for her. Themarie was also in the spotlight, her eyes lingered onto the woman.

My swan.

Themarie's heart pounded, her eyes never leaving Haven as Haven danced gracefully, arms and body swaying. As if she's a flower against the strongest breeze of the wind remaining strong and never trying to flee. Themarie pressed the piano keys, slowly and with minimal force as she admires the dancing ballerina in front of her. Haven wore a white ballerina dress, as per Cresia's requirement, her hair was in an updo. It's not even a finale yet but Haven was giving her best and Themarie did so too to match Haven's energy.

"They're working like a team." The administrators that observed them said. Tho Haven would turn around the piano, turning and almost making Themarie and her piano a prop. Haven did her very best to still highlight Themarie in her dancing. In which of course Themarie smiled brightly seeing Haven passing by her side, in front of the piano and behind her.

It's really like a wild swan trying to lure her in the depths of the lake, a scent lingered her nostrils. Themarie closed her eyes inhaling the scent when Haven did her turns behind her before going back in the middle of the stage and she missed a key making the piano stop and everyone turned to her immediately. Just confused, not irritated.

Themarie opened her eyes immediately and cleared her throat before she pressed the right key. "My bad." She said and Cresia pursed her lips trying to give Haven a teasing glance.

"Haven, a suggestion." Cresia raised her hand and Haven's eye contact immediately went to Cresia.

"Yes, Miss?" Haven asked as she accepted the water from one of the staff and so did Themarie too.

"How about, you make some eye contact and physical contact with Themarie?" Cresia said before she goes in front of the stage. Themarie turns to Cresia abruptly at the suggestion. Haven blinked for a while.

"Like how?" Haven squinted her eyes just a little as she asked the woman.

Cresia walks around where Themarie is. Themarie raised her brows when Cresia smirked at her. "Like, when you turn around the piano. You touch the object, you just make it like a prop but with more physical touch and Themarie." Cresia explains and Haven nodded her head understanding what she will be doing then Haven looks at Themarie.

"Are you okay giving more chemistry to one another?" Cresia looks at both Haven and Themarie.

"Like touch of the shoulder, the face and the hand." Cresia said before she exhibits herself, her fingers sliding on Themarie's arms and shoulder to her neck. Themarie didn't give no mind to the action and Cresia smiles at Haven after.
