Author's note.
Hello there! The first installment of the Tales of a Wife series had finally ended. Thank you for the amount of reading everyone, it truly warmed my heart to see this story blow up. I know some of you were from my tiktoks and you found your way into my writing account. Themarie is my character.ai oc and I know new readers of mine knew me because I created c.ai bots. Hello everyone! I hoped to be active in those socials again soon. ;)
The series isn't for the softest of hearts, even me. I have cried and got frustrated with my own characters but I have to keep proving to myself that all of this will come up as a good end. It will be worth it (gaslighted myself on that but anyways.) All the stories in the Tales of a Wife series is not meant for those who would expect a light hearted/green flag of a story, I already said that in the disclaimers. If this is not fit for you/you think it's not meant for you or you feel so bad easily, this ain't for you, hon trust me.
But for those with the strongest hearts, you made it. It was a stressful ride was it? It's actually the mildest one yet. Wait for the worst. ;)
Themarie and Haven's love isn't perfect, it was always stated in the chapter because their love was a toxic take, a poisonous one as said. No one would ever dare to walk back into the love full of despair in hopes for it to bloom into an ethereal one but theirs did. This was not meant to romanticize a toxic love but to fully understand where you should love and you should stop loving. Chances exist and sometimes they don't always come around. People may give chances easily but once they have fully reached the limit of no development. It's time to let it go. They let go when they're not needed, when they're full of pain and not love. To love is a simple risk, with an act of courage and an armor of patience.
You will change for the person, when you know you're the only one that is needed to keep the romance going, know where you can push for an effort of change and a courage to give equal love. If they can, they will. If they won't, others are willing to provide.
Love cannot always be seen in the brightest lights of the rainbow but it can be also found in the dark clouds of the thunderous rain.
After learning the cure of a poisoned swan, will a decieved nightingale find the truth within the lies?
