3rd POV:
It was a calm night. The moon shone through the curtains onto a bed, where two lovers lay. They held each other sweetly, like they would never do this again. The blonde softly snored, letting sleep overtake him quite a while ago. However, the purple haired one was wide awake, heart beating fast. He couldn't believe he had his dear in his arms, he never could fathom how someone so perfect, so pure, would love him. So, he kept him close, as close as possible. He would never let go.
Soon, the moon was covered with clouds. A soft 𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 could be heard along with the quite obvious beating of Rui's heart. Rui sighed softly, smiling as he pulled Tsukasa closer. Maybe with the distraction of the rain he could go to sleep.
Still, after about 2 hours of trying to sleep, he couldn't.
The taller one let out a frustrated breath. He slowly got up, careful not to wake his sleeping darling, and headed downstairs to grab a drink. When he returned to the bedroom, Tsukasa was moving around a bit, probably searching for Rui.
"I'm right here, honey," Rui chuckled and got back in bed. Tsukasa immediately clung to him and snuggled up close.
"Why are you up...?" Tsukasa asked sleepily. He didn't look up though, he just stayed in the crook of the others neck. He could smell lavender. Specifically, the lavender body soap the star had recommended Rui use. He smiled a bit.
"I couldn't sleep, " Rui answered. Tsukasa sighed and wrapped his arms around Rui.
"Why not?" Tsukasa questioned. He knew why, this had happened before. He just loved hearing about how much Rui truly loved him.
"You know, dear, " Rui left a warm and gentle kiss on the others lips and ran his fingers through the smallers hair. "Now, why don't we try to go to sleep, hm?"
Tsukasa nodded and had no trouble going back to sleep. And this time, Rui didn't have much problems either. Perhaps it was the talking or the fact he was actually tired. He didn't really care. He had his sweetheart with him, so nothing else mattered.
