Chasing Fame (Part Two of Marley and Taylor Sequel)

Joe Strikes Again

Marley's Pov:

Last Night surprisingly we were able to sleep better. And it was all helpful thanks to our Men. They did everything to make sure we were comfortable. The next Morning the Sunburn still hurts, but it was manageable and we didn't want to stop our Vacation by going back Home. Taylor wanted us to enjoy what Vacation time we had left and we could stay here until it was time to go back on Tour.

Being in one of her Mansions had its perks usually if you stayed at a Hotel which is what we usually did while Traveling, you had to be out a certain Day or time. When we were at one of her Homes, we could stay as long as we wanted to and that was better than staying at a Hotel and you could just walk to the Beach. Gathering up my Art Supplies, I went to go check up on Taylor in the Kitchen who was making some Tea "Is there anything you need before I go out on the Back Deck?" Asked Marley.

Taylor looked at her while making Tea and smiled grateful that her Sister cared about her. "No, I'm good and I'll be out there to join you as soon as the Tea is done and I might even bring some Cookies for us to enjoy." The Back Deck was a Shaded Area that you could go out and spend time together on. Taylor would often join me to do some WaterColor Paintings since we share the same Hobby. I helped bring Taylor's and Mine Wooden Easels along with Canvas Outside .

We had both gotten into Paint By Number Watercolor Paintings that we saw online. Taylor had offered to pay for the Art Supplies since it was a very Expensive Brand. I did offer to pay for them at first but she said she wanted to pay for them and it wasn't a Money issue with her. She liked spoiling Family Members and that included me. I went outside to set up the Wooden Canvases we had a great view of the Backyard which overlooked the Beach. Before I met Taylor, I didn't exactly get to Travel a lot but now that I knew that I'm a Swift and had told them who I am, the Swifts never went anywhere without me.

Our Men had went out Shopping today at a local Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market. Mom and Dad, and Austin and Sydney were out doing different things. It was just me, and Taylor and her three Security Men Ben,Craig, and Thomas at her Mansion thats right on the Beach. Everything was just about set up on the Back Deck when I kept wondering if I had forgotten something what did I forget? Oh yeah my Electric Pencil Sharpener! I set things down and started to open the back sliding glass Doors when I heard a loud crash from inside.

I had trouble opening the sliding glass doors at first but then I opened the door and walked back inside couple Lamps had been knocked over in the Hallway and I heard what sounded like a struggle and a Fight going on then I heard Taylor's voice "You need to leave now! Your not supposed to be here and violating a Restraining Order!" Shouted Taylor. I entered the Kitchen where I last saw Taylor in front of her was a tall Blonde Man wearing a Black Jacket and he had a Gun. My Heart started to pound.

I had to think of some way to distract Joe to keep him from shooting either one of us and so far couldn't really think of anything. I accidently dropped something on the Floor making a sudden noise one of the Paint Brushes had fallen out of one of my Shorts pockets and Joe spun around with the Gun seeing me. "Well I didn't expect you to have company Taylor! The more the Merrier!". I tried to run to get away from him but he grabbed me taking me into a Hostage Position.

"Let my Sister go you Moron! I'm the one who you really want!" Taylor was looking at me trying to make eye contact with me suddenly she used her X-Ray Vision and Heat Vision to make Joe's Gun grow very Hot and he dropped it because it burnt his head badly. Taylor came over to us and began punching Joe really hard for being him to let me go out of his grasp. Taylor grabbed me and put me out of Joe's way. We were trying to get away from Joe but when he Cornered us halfway, we saw he held a Green Kryptonite Knife that he had made himself.

She distracted Joe again by throwing another Vase at Him catching him off Guard and making his Knife grow Hot. Taylor wasn't about to let anyone of us get hurt by her Psycho Ex Boyfriend. She immediately alerted her Security by touching some Device we ran upstairs to her Bedroom where she locked us in it. Taylor moved her Dresser in front of the Door "It shouldn't take long for Security to arrive but we can't stay here I'm going to have to Fly us somewhere safe".

We got out on her Balcony it was a long jump down so thankfully I was glad we weren't doing that. If we stayed in the Bedroom Joe would use his strength to break it down sooner or later. While Chaos broke out, Taylor's Cats went and Bolted to hide somewhere. I hoped and prayed they will be alright. Taylor saw my expression "Don't worry about the Cats, they know good places to hide from that Maniac". She texted our Parents and Travis to let them know where she's going to take me and what's going on.

Afterwards, Taylor changes into her Supergirl Outfit and soon got ready to Fly off the Balcony but first she had to get me in a Flying position in order to take off. She picked me up in her arms just as we heard loud Banging on Taylor's Door Joe was going to bust through any moment. Good thing Taylor knew how to Fly and have Powers otherwise we would be Joe's Victims by the time he busted down the  door. She made sure I was putting my arms around her neck and made sure that I'm ready and I nodded.

Taylor took off really, really fast into the Sky far away from Joe. She had in mind where we could go and be safe until Joe was Arrested by her Security Guards. By the time he busted down the door, they would already have him in Cuffs. As we were flying somewhere safe, Taylor mumbled to herself furious at Joe "There are times when I really want to just Kill him and put him somewhere where his Body won't be found,Your Ex Josh to". She growled.

Marley giggled hearing Taylor say that. Her Bad Woman side didn't always show itself, but it usually did when she is pissed like now. "No one is going to harm my Sister long as I'm around and they can't harm me because I know how to make Weapons turn very Hot. If anything they should be scared of me". She soon found a place for them to land in a close Friend's Backyard."We can stay here until Joe is Arrested then when it's safe we can go back. You'll like my close Friend Brenda".
