Chasing Fame (Part Two of Marley and Taylor Sequel)

Getting Asked Out

Marley's Pov:

Marley was surprised when Amos suddenly asked her out. It had been a couple Months since Brian had Tragically passed and Taylor had been trying to get her back into Dating. She even had set up Marley a Dating Profile on Multiple Dating Websites but none of the Men that Marley met held up her Interest the way Brian had.

Marley had spent her Days off from Tour moping around the House not going any  where not even to the Recording Studio with Taylor which was something she normally loved to do. Marley ended up turning all of the Men down on the Dating Apps because she didn't have anything in common with them. And she didn't start feeling like normal again until Taylor mentioned she was having her Annual Fourth of July Party.

She knew that she couldn't put off Dating forever. Taylor had told her that Brian would want her to move on and to find happiness again. She hated to admit it but her Sister is right about everything. She didn't want to be alone without somebody the rest of her life. And Amos seemed like he's an awesome Guy who understood exactly what she's going through. But she still had a feeling this was all  Taylor's doing trying  to set her up with someone.

Marley thought a moment to herself before answering Amos she saw that Taylor and their Friends was looking towards them curious to know what Marley would say."Um. I would love to go out with you". She said to him enough for him to hear others were straining to hear it except for Taylor her Sister's Superhearing could pick up anything Marley said.She seemed pleased that Marley had said yes.

Amos was surprised by Marley's sudden answer. He had been expected to be rejected because Marley was still missing Brian. But he heard her say yes clear as a Bell and it made him very happy. He was going to make sure that Marley was treated very Well and he would help her move on from losing Brian. He is just very pleased that she didn't turn him down and he gave her a hug "Wow! I am so happy you said yes! We can go out as soon as tomorrow at 7 if that's okay with you".

Marley nodded at what he said she found herself looking forward to this Date.She got along very well with Amos he had a good strong head on his shoulders and he's a Musician to they would be able to see each other all the time on her Sister's Tour. It could work the two of them Dating each other. She just had to remain positive that eventually everything was going to work out.

They spent the rest of the Evening celebrating the Fourth with Taylor and all of their Friends. Even Kam showed off his Cannonball Skills in Taylor's pool by first doing the Bunny Dance that he does at the Eras Tour then takes a big Dive getting everyone in the Pool Wet but everyone didn't care that they got wet and just laughed at him even Taylor had filmed that on her Cell and was cracking up.

Later that Night they enjoyed Fireworks that the other Guys had set up. Marley and Amos say together and say with Taylor and Travis. For the first time both Travis and Jason attended the Party and both had fun. The Party was filled with fun Games like playing Chicken in the Pool.

After that, they settled into having a Bonfire on Taylor's Beach and had some S'mores while they each took turns telling Horror Stories. One of Taylor's Stories wasn't really scary but it told the Tale of about Holiday House History about the Married Couple that used to live there. It was interesting that the House wasn't ever sold before Taylor Naught it.

Taylor told them that she believed the House is very Haunted she has heard Voices and seen the Couples Ghost still Haunting the Place and looking for each other Marley agreed with her Sister she heard Voices at Night to of the Man and Woman that used to live there. It was sad how they both had Passed and Marley hoped she could figure out how to get them to both Cross Over.
