Chasing Fame (Part Two of Marley and Taylor Sequel)

In The Clear Yet?

Marley's Pov:

Tay and I decided to stay at Taylor's Friend and closest Neighbor Brenda Wilkinson. The Neighbors around close to Taylor are spread out and Houses aren't that close to one another. Brenda is Friendly and is surprised by our sudden visit. Taylor told me that we shouldn't alarm her and tell her what just happened she didn't want the Woman to fear for her own safety.

So we acted like nothing was wrong and just appeared like we just really wanted to visit her. She was very surprised and excited to see Taylor and surprised to meet me. Taylor explained that I am her Fraternal Twin Sister and how she found out that I was still alive. Brenda seemed so excited and thrilled that Taylor had found her Fraternal Twin Sister. Brenda let us have some Cookies and Tea while we talked.

We stayed at Brenda's until Taylor got a call from Travis that Joe had been Arrested and taken to a very High Security Prison one that's very far away from Hawaii. It was now safe for us to go back. Taylor invited her Friend Brenda over for Dinner that Evening and Brenda said that she will come over. That gave us some time to clean up the mess and to get Dinner ready.

When Taylor got off the Phone she told me it was time for us to go back to the House that everyone was waiting for us and I nodded getting up and getting ready. Brenda saw us out the Front Door once the Door was closed, Taylor took me around the Backyard where we wouldn't be seen and took off with me in her arms after she had changed into her Supergirl Outfit again. We had to Fly again since we didn't come in a Car.

Once back at the House, the Cops was there taking a look around the place. They saw the overturned Lamps on the Floor and what appeared to be a struggle to them. Taylor told them everything that happened and I told them I've seen the same thing that Taylor had seen and even told them about Joe taking me Hostage and Taylor saving my life by distracting him then afterwards. They found Joe's Gun that had dropped to the Floor in the upstairs Hallway and Bagged it. They also found some Bullet Casings on the Floor as he had tried to Shoot the Bedroom door down which Taylor would have to replace because other people would ask questions about why there was Bullet Holes in the Door like Brenda.

Taylor quickly found a big enough Sign to cover up the Bullet Holes until she can get the Door fixed which she would do the next Day. I helped her pick up some of her belongings and helped moved the Dresser back to where it was. Soon it was time to go make Dinner the House was presentable for Taylor's Guest. I went outside on the back Deck to work on some more of my Watercolor Paint by Number Painting until it was time for Dinner gathering up the Supplies I took mine back to my room and Taylor's back to hers. We would get the Canvases and bring them back in after Dinner.

I was still shakened up by what had happened earlier and could barely focus on the conversations going around at the Dinner Table. Least little sound or loud noise made me jumpy. I poked and prodded around my Food at the Table not really having an Appetite much Tay had fixed a Dinner that everyone loved it was Chicken Carbonara and Pasta with Sauce and a side Salad and normally this is one of my favorite Dishes of hers but I could only eat half of it. After Dinner I quickly excused myself to go upstairs and Shower and go to bed early I wasn't in the mood for company. I put my leftovers in Containers and then went upstairs.

Taking my clothes off after I filled up the Tub, I climbed in it making sure that I had my PJs with me. Today had me so shakened up. I was terrified for my Sister and for all of us having to deal with our crazy and Psycho Ex Boyfriends.Dealing with Psycho Ex Boyfriends and Taylor's Stalkers can be really scary as we dont know what they could do next. Taylor wasn't too sure on what else to do about the Stalkers you Arrest them, they keep coming back. Tree had even mentioned to Taylor about tightening up Security moreand hiring even more Security Guards every where we go.

On some level, Taylor and I understand all this comes with Her being really famous but it's not all her fault that some People are just crazy and don't know how to respect other People's lives. I've told her every famous person deserves to have their own life, their own Privacy no matter how Famous they are and that includes her. Stalkers aren't considered as real Fans if they follow her every where she goes and put her life at risk. Taylor had hugged me for saying that her Privacy mattered. I understood my Sister more than her own Fans did and knew that there were times Taylor just wanted to be left alone so she could enjoy her Private Life.

I stayed in the Tub for awhile until the Water started to get cold so I wrinsed the Soap and Bubbles off and got dressed into my casual PJs. Some Pajama pants and a Top with Stars on it. I decided to let my hair dry by itself since I didn't feel like drying it. I undid my Bed and climbed in it and turned on the TV. I settled on watching a old Sitcom of Friends. Moments later, I heard somebody come upstairs and someone knocked on my Door "Marley, it's Taylor can I come in?"

Getting up, I answered the door and she saw I had done changed my PJs and felt like going to Bed early. "Are you doing ok? I saw that you didn't eat all your Food, and you barely joined in on the conversation around the table and went upstairs early.Whats going on Mars?"she asked joining me in the Bedroom and looking at me with concern as she closes the Bedroom door behind her. Taylor knew that I had Anxiety and been Traumatized because of what all has happened recently.

"I'll be alright Taylor, I just wanted to come upstairs and take a nice long Bath and just go to Bed earlier I'm still shakened up by what had happened with Joe earlier and I'm just trying to find a way to calm my nerves. I'm sorry if I'm not being the best company around our Guest tonight but I just couldn't forget about what happened earlier. " I went ahead and told her that I was still shakened up by what Joe had tried to do to both of us.

Taylor hugged me close to her and gave me one of her best long hugs. "Everything is going to be okay Mars. I've talked with Tree and we are going to have even more Security by tomorrow morning we just can't go anywhere without them. Tree says we are going to tighten Security every where we go and Joe and your Ex are going to be at a far away Prison so even if they try to escape there's an High Voltage Electric Fence that will Electricity anyone that tries to escape".

I know that was supposed to make me feel better but Psychos like Joe and my ex Josh always finds a way to escape somehow. But I simply just nodded and hoped Taylor is right that they never would be able to escape again.Taylor then spoke up "Come on let's go make some Ice Cream Sundaes then come back upstairs and we can watch anything you want ".Taylor said grabbing my hand and leading me in the Hallway to go back to the Kitchen.
