Chasing Fame (Part Two of Marley and Taylor Sequel)

Saving Marley

Taylor's Pov:

I was heading towards the Makeup Area as it was getting close to Six we all had to be there in the Makeup by then. I'm deeply concerned when I don't find Marley already at the Makeup Table usually we share one when getting ready. This wasn't like Marley to be late for anything. She's usually way more excited about Performing than anyone I have ever seen and she loved her Job being a Background Singer.

I saw that Tina Davis my new Publicist is  there busy on her Phone as usual and not having a care in the World. I stepped up to her "Have you seen my Sister Marley? She had Dinner with all of us when we were having Dinner in the Catering Room. She's supposed to be here getting Makeup Done around Six. She knows how it's done here". I began to Panic not knowing where Marley was.

Tina stared at me blankly as if she's trying to think about the last time she saw Marley. "If I remember correctly, I heard her say she was going to the Bathroom but it shouldn't take someone this long to use the Bathroom. Something must be going on in there to make her stay gone this long".

Tina had a point. It was so unlike Marley to be gone this long knowing they had to be onstage around 7 pm. I got an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. Then suddenly my Super Hearing picked up and I heard someone screaming and yelling loudly for help and then my Transmitter Tracking Device went off Oh My God it's Mars that's in trouble! Useing my Super Hearing, I heard her Fall in what sounded like Water in the Bathroom because I heard a big Splash. Problem is the Stadium has a lot of Bathrooms how was I going to find her?

Using my X-Ray Vision I quickly began scanning to where Marley could be.She couldn't have gone far she usually uses the one near the Dining Area. I then changed into my Supergirl Costume if the Bathroom was filling up with Water then that meant I couldn't just open the Bathroom door I had to bust a Window out with my Heat Vision which is just what I did and climbed through the Window. The Sight before me was horrifying. The Pipes had somehow Busted and I was trying to find Marley frantically I needed to find her fast.

I spotted her it looked like Marley had been trying to swim and keep her head above Water until help came but then she must have gotten a cramp because she had gone under and looked unconscious. I cursed at myself for thinking about the Concert instead of not worrying about what could be going on with Marley. My Sister was never late for anything.

I flew fast down in the Water and found her and grabbed her and pulled her back up keeping her in my Arms the whole time Marley is unconscious I had to get her out of here and somewhere private so I can do CPR. The Show can be done later right now what mattered is Marley. I flew out of the Window with her fast trying to figure out where to go. I chose another Room in the Stadium where we wouldn't be bothered .

Both me and my entire Staff,  Band and Crew was taught CPR in case the worst had ever happened to us. And I couldn't believe the Day had come where I had to do it on my own Sister. I then performed CPR on my Sister useing Chest Compressions and breathing Air into her mouth repeatedly "Come on Mars, don't you dare leave me like this not when it hasn't been long that we just found you".

After doing it repeatedly, Marley suddenly moved and caughed up water. She looked up at me and kept trying to breathe in air. "Tay? Is that you? Did you save my life?" She looks up at me. I grabbed her and just gave her the biggest Tay hug ever at that moment I didn't want to let her go. I didn't even want to do the Concert that Night."Yes, I did save your life. What happened Mars?" I asked.

Marley looked up at Taylor and told her everything that had happened that someone had busted the Pipes and trapped her in there on purpose to make her miss tonight's  Show. Upon hearing this, I frowned and got angry at who done it. "We are going to find out who done it. We will have the People who work here investigate it. And you aren't doing the Concert tonight after what you just been through.You need to rest backstage I will get someone to look after you probably Mom". Taylor hated to leave her Sister like this but she had to be in Makeup her Fans were waiting already in the Stadium.

Marley told Taylor and the Security that she dropped her Phone in the Water and Taylor ordered someone to go get it and Taylor told her if the Phone was Destroyed that she could Buy her another one that she could bring all of her important things back up if she had her Email info written down and her Social Media Accs written down to. Sure enough when the Security recovered Marley's Phone it was a lost cause it was smashed and no longer working. Marley used her Sisters phone to call her Phone Company to report her Phone had been Damaged. The Security Team bagged it and took it away to throw it away somewhere.

A Medic soon was brought in by Taylor to check out her Sister they checked her Vitals and everything else and said that Marley is lucky to be alive and Marley agreed that she is and that's because she had a very loving and caring Sister who had saved her life. The Medic gave Marley a warm Blanket to where she could get warm in and a change of Clothes that Taylor had found for her.

Marley took the clothes and Dried off using a Towel. She went to go change into the Dry Clothes in her Sister's Dressing Room she changed into some Shorts and a light Blue Tank Top and when she went back to where her Mom and Dad is, she got underneath the Blanket Taylor came back and is soon in her Lover Era Bodysuit she came back over to check up on me.

"Marley, I really wish I wasn't performing tonight so I could be with you. But you'll have Mom and Dad and I'll make sure some Security Guards is around you that way something else shouldn't happen again. Just don't go anywhere alone like that again ok? Take somebody with you whether it's me, Security, or Mom and Dad. In case it still hasn't occured to you, your part of a very Famous Family who would be Heartbroken if they ever lost you". She had humor in her voice but at the same time Taylor was very concerned about her. "Just rest up, if you need anything just ask Mom and Dad or those two Security Guards Ben and Greg".  She gave her Sister a tight hug.

Marley hugged Taylor back tightly she wished Taylor didn't have to do a Show tonight. But she wasn't going to let her disappoint those Fans who had paid a lot of Money to see her. "I'll be alright Tay, I promise to not go anywhere alone and I'll be right here with. Mom and Dad and Ben and Greg". If she had her way she would keep Taylor all to herself tonight but she knew that she would be back later tonight.

Watching her Sister looking at her as she left she could tell that Taylor didn't buy that I'll be alright coming from Marley and truth was she wasn't alright she had trouble just going to sleep.Whoever had did this to her was still out there and on the loose and she had a strong feeling Tina Davis had done it because The Publicist wasn't anywhere in sight. When she came back to her Mom she said her Dad went to go get her a Brand New Phone there was Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows on a Coffee Table in front of her and her Mom. Marley smiled that her Mom had fixed that for her as a Comfort Drink.
