The hot mayor's race between Mayor Beauregard and Dr. Zack St. Austin has taken a bizarre turn. The mystery man in the infamous Washington Reign picture has been identified as model Phillip Manley of Alexandria, Virginia. And Manley was found dead at a local DC motel. Police sources tell us he was killed with Zach St. Austin's gun which was recently reported stolen and there is evidence linking his husband to the murder. Matthew St. Austin has also been rushed to Georgetown University Hospital. We will keep you posted on any more from this late breaking story.
