Once in the sitting room, they all took a seat in the sofas there. Severus took a fauteuil, while Lucius and Narcissa took a seat on a couch together. Tom took a seat on the other couch, with Harry next to him.
Turning to Naga, Tom asked, "what is it that you want to know?"
Harry hummed, "the goals you have, and the reasons behind them, if possible."
Tom nodded, "we have several goals on the agenda. The most pressing are to apply a system for better childcare. Children are important and precious to magical families, both to those with a creature inheritance, and those without. There is no such thing as child abuse in the Magical World. Yet, this makes it so that a lot of the purebloods think the same think doesn't happen in the muggle world.
A lot of those at the ministry don't believe claims of instances where a magical child gets abused at the place they stay, both half-bloods and Muggleborns have recorded cases where they are abused. Some never make it back to Hogwarts, and it gets forgotten, noted down as a tragic accident instead of people looking into it.
I want to make it so that magical children get found much quicker and looked after, so we can stop the abuse the moment it starts. Take the child away, like a muggle protective services, so that they can grow up among other magical people. Add to that, that if Muggleborns grow up in the community, they won't be so scared or uncomfortable with things that are normal for the most of us, and might let them have a magical creature partner, instead of a muggle one, strengthening the magic in that line again.
I know a lot people, especially dark purebloods, only have one or two children, some by choice, but some because of complications that emerged - if they were to adopt a magical child, the line could theoretical be continued, even if this child isn't blood related to its parents.
Doing this would also help in keeping Magical children in the community, instead of them going back into the Muggle world, and falling in love with a muggle - as a child between them would have less magic in their veins, and more likely to be, or produce, a squib."
Harry nodded, "I think you should also bring back the old teachings in schools toon I found out very few people in Hogwarts know where magic come from, and how little difference there is between us and magical creatures.
Now, I think this also because Binns still teaches, and he only teaches about Goblin wars, but having him replaced with someone who will tell the truth, might help in that regard. The only people that remember are those who have a creature inheritance, and were told by parents or siblings, or people like you and me, who researched the hell out of it, to make sure they knew what they were up to."
Tom hummed, "that's a good point you make there, there has indeed been quite a lot of history lost, and with Binns teaching it, not a lot of people feel inclined to look up things themselves."
Lucius nodded, and added, "but we would need someone who knows a lot of the history of all this, and I can't think about someone like that at the moment."
Harry opened his mouth, and closed it, before speaking, "what if it isn't a witch or wizard?"
This got the attention of the whole room, making him look down, before he continues speaking, "well the magic community has been keeping up to date on what has happened, and we know that house elves retain memories and knowledge from their ancestors. What if we use that and ask some of them to teach."
Turning to Tom, he added, "I'm guessing you're tackling the creature legislations too?"
Tom nodded, "yes, especially once we educate people that we've essentially slapped legislations on our cousins, instead of some wild animal. If we go over some legislation, I think over half of the wizarding world condemned themselves to being tagged or treated as something below a human.
