Years after their victory, Harry and Tom were standing in front of the bay windows at the Slytherin Keep, swaying slightly to the music only they could hear. Outside, Mohinder was laying in the sun with all 4 of his grand-hatchlings around him (his words not theirs) all of them in their natural forms, seeing no need to hide as they had never known it to be so, sleeping in the warmth of the sun.
Harry was in his own Naga form, with Tom standing behind him, holding him close as they kept on swaying to a beat only they could hear. Ever since he had come out, in a manner of speaking, he hadn't gone back to being bipedal, liking his tail much more than he ever did his legs.
Sighing once, Harry turned slowly and with a smile on his face, pressed a kiss to his husband's lips, "we did it."
Tom nodded, "we did, we brought back the Olde Ways and gave freedom to all those trapped by a system that never accounted for our history."
Humming, Harry went back swaying again, pressing Tom's hand to his stomach, where a little bump was once again forming, to welcome their fifth and final child together.

After Dumbledore's trial, a lot of people were open, accepting and joyous about the changes being made to accommodate their cousins once more, just as it had been in the past. Just as it had been, with all of them not being all that different come to think about it. Those that were not willing to go with it, soon found out that it became discriminating to attack another person, be they fully or partial creature, and were punished by a stay in Azkaban.
Fudge set the right example, with the other countries around the world following soon after, especially when the articles published in the quibbler were found to be the truth with forgotten manuscripts that were uncovered once people started digging (it also helped that with their more human cousins coming to their senses, the more creature ones were more than willing to part with the knowledge they had saved during the purge).
The magical schools started teaching the Olde ways, and the ancient histories once more, giving whole generations the worldview they needed to accept that which they were and where the magic they held came from.
The day came, 6 months after the trial, when Harry was going back to Hogwarts, that it was announced to the world just what percentage of him was human (none of it) opening the path for others to come clean too. The amulets once given to those of creature blood to disguise them were disposed of, and people started walking around with their features proud on display.
He wanted to set an example for the community and was the first student to stop trying to pretend to be human and arrive at the school without any glamour, transformation or other facade covering him. People had been shocked, but those others had followed his example in the same breath - the brilliance of having a Naga among them once more.
He took a seat at the Slytherin table, making it clear that he was serious about this, and serious about the man he was known to be aiding in bringing their community back to their roots.
Luna skipped over not much later, dragging Neville after her, taking a seat on his left, while Draco of all people sat at him right. All of them lost in their own talks soon enough, not even noticing what this unity did to the other houses, or those that had been left in the dark about what had happened in the last couple of months.
Some people were still non-believers and unwilling to accept that they too weren't fully human. They made the mistake of renouncing that, and were given their wish of becoming fully human, at the cost of their magic.
These were also found within the school, and would find themselves expelled just the same as those adults were locked into Azkaban. As they were minors, certain effort were made to let them see where they were wrong - but sometimes this didn't help, which resulted in them getting the same treatment as the adults that stuck to their believes and discrimination.
Peace returned to the Magic Community, now that they were all free to be whoever they wanted to be, instead of pretending to be something they were not.
This eliminated the house problem, as they were united, or trying to unite under the same banner, and under a Lord of Magic, and a Naga Prince (even if no one but those in the Inner Circle knew about that).
Much to the shock of a lot of people, as soon as those in the light showed off their features, the hidden communes opened up again, starting with the one in India, showing the world just how many people they were missing in their daily lives.
Mohinder made a show of accepting the invite to Slytherin Keep and welcoming Tom officially in the family, a few days after Harry's 16th birthday, as a way to show how he agreed with the way things were going and how proud he was of his grandson, and said grandson's partner.
After Harry finished his schooling, ending up as one of the highest in overall ranking, enjoying what this freedom could do to both him and his friends, was shocked when the Lord of Magic asked the Naga prince to marry him as soon as he graduated. (After once again asking for permission from Mohinder, Sirius and Remus).
Their wedding was something the whole watched, and celebrated - the start of a new era.

Ron and Hermione tried, several times, to fix the broken bond between them, but Harry wouldn't let them. Not after what they pulled in their fourth year, he did applaud both of them for coming to terms with their own creature blood, diluted as it was, but never saw them as more than acquaintances.
---
Tom and Harry joined their family outside, telling their children; Sahasra, Merope, Ignotius and Salazar that Lilith would be joining their family soon. Mohinder beamed just as much as his grandchildren at the news that their line wouldn't die out anytime soon.
The news was soon celebrated with others in their circles as well. Sirius and Remus, also honorary grandparents were elated that they'd have another grandchild to spoil soon.
While the community celebrated their strong bond, and the start of another heir to the massive amount of family lines Tom and Harry had between the two of them.
