chapter 15~ drunk memories

Someone taps you on the shoulder, which causes you to wake up with a jolt. You squint your eyes to make out Lee Know's figure, holding up a glass of water for you to drink. Reaching out your hand out to take the water, the contact with the ice cold glass brings a small shock to your system, and you are brung back to reality. Unanticipatedly, you realise the massive headache and the fact that your legs ache. You groan and take a sip of water, Minho sits down on the edge of the bed next to you.

"Remind us to never give you Hallasan."
You remember almost nothing from last night, so you just assume that you fell blackout drunk and got wasted with everyone.

"Was I that bad?"
He scoffs sarcastically.
"You ran out of the restaurant, and when I say ran, I mean, you sprinted. One second, you're sitting at the table the next. you're not even in the restaurant. "
You chuckle at your own antics. He tenderly places a hand on your forehead to check your temperature.

"When Hyunjin ran after you, he couldn't find you and so I had to come out with him and we found your shoes a mile from the resuraunt, we genuinely thought you had drowned in the ocean but then we found you passed out face in the sand 10 meters away. I had to give you a piggyback ride all the way back. We still don't know how or why you ran a mile in the sand in the span of like 8 minutes, but we found you in the end."
You look down at your legs that are under the covers. You had never been much of a runner, so you were quite surprised with your own ability.

"Did anything else happen, haha?"

"Yea, actually Felix and Changbin kissed when you ran away."
You laugh a bit, then fully register the sentence.

"THEY DID WHAT I WASN'T THERE TO REMEBER IT??"
He put his arms up as if to sarcastically surrender himself and snorts.

"Calm down, calm down, you have a headache, dont wanna make it worse."
You shake your head in disbelief.

"Well, not anymore. How did it happen? Did they like it?"

"We just got back to the place with you, and Felix practically threw himself on Bin kissing him, I think seungmin took a video."
You sit there completely in shock. Felix had always been super close with Changbin from the beginning, and you sometimes caught him looking at Binnie with heart eyes, but you had never realised how serious he was.

"Well, I'm gonna need to see that video, lol."
After 10 more minutes of chatting about last nights events, you both head into the kitchen where Chan is sitting at the dining table on his laptop. You sit down next to him with one knee up on the chair whilst Minho goes to get something from the fridge. You lean over Chans shoulder to take a look at what he is doing, but he's just staring at a loading screen tapping the space bar in hopes it will load faster.

"How has that laptop not given out yet, I swear it's from 1967."
He looks back at you, very offended.

"Yah, don't say that out loud she will hear you."
He leans forward and whisper's something to the laptop and closes the lid cautiously.

"Oh my days, you really are 5."
You chuckle a bit, and he rolls his eyes.

"Well, yesterday you lot were calling me 'old man'."
Lee Know sits down opposite us with a tuna sandwich on a plate and starts eating. You and Chan both stare intently at him until he noticed. He looks up as he swallows a bite and blinks a few times.

"What did you guys want one to?"
Your phone rings suddenly, making you jump slightly, and the caller ID makes your heart jump out of your mouth, even more so that you drop the phone on the table. They both look at you concerned.

"Who is it?"

"I-its Park Jinyoun-nim."
Lee Know's eyes widen and he quickly grabs your phone from the table.

"Don't answer it yet."
He takes out his and calls Hyunjin. You turn to Chan with a confused face. Why on earth was he calling your personal number?

"Why would he call me? He's never called me."
He holds your hand comfortingly as Hyunjin finally answers the phone.

"Morning hyung, we were actually just abo-"

"Hyunjin JYP is calling Y/N."

"WHAT?"
Your phone finally stops ringing, and a notification appears on the screen saying that you've missed a call.

"You didn't pick up the phone, right?"
He says sightly concerned.

"No, we let it ring. Did he ever call you when you went to your parents?"
Hyunjin pauses for a few seconds before he answers the question.

"No, but there is a good chance he's just checking up on her. You know how he is with mental health."
Your blood boils at the thought of him doing that.

"Jinnie if he cared about my mental health he wouldn't have fucking put me on a hiatus and taken me out of the comeback."
He sighs heavily through the microphone.

"Let's all just meet up somewhere and talk, if he rings don't pick up until we are all together."
Lee Know hangs up the phone after they both say goodbye and you go up to your room to get dressed. Once again the weather is depressing, ominous grey could loom over the house threatening with aggressive showers. You throw on the Lotte Giants jumper and a pair of cargo hiking trousers before going back downstairs.

"Where are we going to go today?"

Lee Know shouts from the kitchen and you look outside.

"I'm not sure the weather doesn't look promising, I'd take everyone to the park but if there is rain there is no shelter so there's an observatory with a big shade at the top of this mountain not so far from here and its only a half an hour hike."

You hear Chan groan and whine something to Minho loudly from the kitchen. Rolling your eyes you text the postcode of the place to the group chat and let everybody know to wear comfortable clothes and to bring  snacks.
