Chapter 26

Chapter 26: Fainted

"Busog na ako, Z." marahan kong sambit habang ngumunguya ng matamis na mangga. "This mango tastes like the ones in Isla de Vista."

He motioned the spoon to me. "Last bite, princess."

"I might throw up or what, I am full." nakanguso kong tugon. "I can't store one more spoon, Z."

"Okay, baby..."

He smiled handsomely and shoved the spoon into his mouth, eating the last bite of the mango. I had my sugary drink, a milk tea with cheesecake, and then offered it to Zeke. He took a big sip then. I smiled.

"I know you like those mangoes back at home so I had someone get it." aniya. "We have more of this at our house, baby."

Slowly, his hand snaked onto my waist and took my space as his. I leaned to him to the right, freely placing my hand on top of his thigh. Then I sat straight, inhaling a deep breath.

"I am stuffed," I pouted. "I can't breathe properly."

Humalakhak siya at hinagod ang aking braso. "I don't want my baby hungry. Tangina. Salad lang binigay sa'yo kanina. Tangina lang talaga."

With my whole heart, I let out a laugh because I find this anger too cute, like a child trying to be mature despite his young age. Regardless of the rage, his eyes are looking at me with a yearning-loving look.

"Huwag ka ng magalit," malambing kong bulong.

Bumuntonghininga siya. "Ayaw ko sa lahat ang inaapi ka, baby. I love you so much that I'd burn everything that causes you pain."

I reached for his cheeks and palmed them with my hands. His eyes went into a shut and nuzzled his cheek to my right hand. Mahal ko ang lalaking ito. Sobra. Higit sa buhay ko. My life starts to get better after knowing him. Nang bumukas ang mga mata niya, mas lalong lumalambing ang tingin na parang inaantok.

"Z, I am uncertain about what I might have done to deserve you. I am pampered beyond measure." I whispered.

He crouched forward, pressing his forehead into mine. My heart beats a steady strong drum. We held each other's hands subsequently bringing them to his lips for a knuckle kiss.

"Even if the world turns upside down, we deserve each other..." paos niyang bulong. "You are home."

Ngumiti ako ng malaki at pumikit habang magkadikit ang aming noo. My hands went into his jaw and neck, in between, gently giving him a loving caress.

"Fuck. I wish time could fucking slow down at moments like this," he muttered under his breath and nuzzled his head unto my neck. "Take me home now, baby. Z cuddles."

I giggled and combed his back hair softly using my fingers. He loves that. Mas lalong dumikit ang katawan niya sa akin hanggang paharap siyang yumakap sa akin. If only we could ditch everything right now and run away.

Pinagpahinga niya ang ulo sa aking balikat. It is almost like he wants me to cuddle him. And I did. I wanted to. He chuckled sneakily and nuzzled himself more to me. I have to get back to the hearing but I also don't have the heart to cut this moment.

"Caress me more," bulong niya. "Gusto ko ang haplos mo, snowflake."

I gently rubbed his hair, trailing down to his nape and broad back. I am not sure but this feels like I am pampering a little child— my own son. But his build is a lot bulkier than mine, I get engulfed to nonexistent when he wraps me in his arms. He breathed soundly, releasing his hot breath on my neck. He moved a bit.
