3. She was here

Sumedh pov:
I went to my house Mudgalkar mansion. Arjun was waiting for me outside.
"Where were you?? Do you know how much difficult to handle here everyone"

"ok, ok now I'm here let's go inside come"

Okay, so let me introduce my family. My dada more than my grandpa he is my bestfriend I and Arjun share everything with him. He gives us the best suggestions ever relating to work or about life. My Chacha (uncle) a very nice person cares a lot about family and business. Chachi(Aunt) she looks rude and strict from outside but inside very sweet and caring takes care of whole family. And lastly my cute little sister Aisha (his uncle's daughter) opposite of me more than studies interested in parties and wants to enjoy her life.
I was about to enter my house but Chachi stopped me and came there with Aarti in her hand. Arjun also stood beside me. She did Aarti and welcomed us. I hugged everyone. And did some chichat with dada. And I went to my room for a rest. But no now Arjun will come here and asks me a bunch of questions. I throwed myself on my bed and started thinking about Aarohi.
"Heyyy buddy"
I knew it. He came and slept beside me. And asked

"Now tell me where did you went??"

"I went to my School do you know whom did I met there"
I said he looked confused.

"a little angel very mature and intelligent I can't believe that she is in grade 1. Wait I have taken selfie with her let me show you"
I took out my phone and showed him our selfie.

"see, Isn't she so cute?"
I said him while showing at the picture he took my phone and sees the picture properly.

"hmm, yes wait"
He zooms the picture

"your both eye colour are same look"
He said while pointing towards our eyes. He was right why didn't I  notice it before.

"wooahhh, you both look very similar to eachother if you get married to someone and have a child. I'm damn sure that child will look same like this girl"
He said still looking at the pic. I snatch my phone from his hand.

"Arjun you again got started. How many times I should say I don't want to get married. You always think about me sometimes think about yourself also na. How many years you will stay like this?? You should also get married"

"no! I'm happy. I don't want to destroy my life"
I rolled my eyes. We both stayed like that for a few minutes in silence breaking the silence Arjun spoke.

"Sumedh after a long time I'm seeing you this much happy I think this time this little girl will change you"
He was somewhere right. Being with Aarohi I really felt happy and I forgot everything.

Next morning

Mallika pov:
"Aru did you pack your bag??"
I asked Aru while taking my bag.

"yes, mumma 5 mins"
She replied. Her summer vacations are started I can't leave her alone in home. She wanted to join Summer camp which is held in her school itself. It was quite expensive but still for her happiness I agreed.

"hurry up Aru Priya will be waiting for us"
I said suddenly Priya enters with tired and sweaty face.

"Mallika outside it's too hot I can't able to wait there"

"Mumma I'm ready"
Aru comes out with her small bag pack.

"Hello babygirl"
Priya says while waving her hand.

"hi Priya Aunty"

"Aunty?? Aru just call me pri I'm not that old"

"okay, pri"

"Aru till now whatever you have told me everything has happened. You are a lucky charm. Please give me the last blessing atleast one time tell me that soon a rich guy will take me with him"
She requested Aru.

"okay, soon a rich guy will take you with him"
Aru said cutely to Priya but wait. Her finger was pointing towards me. Whom did she said?? Priya thought it was for her but after seeing her finger pointing towards me she became serious and said.

"Aru come we are getting late"
She lifted Aru in her arms and took her from there. Priya don't know about my past and she never asked about it. Because she knows it will hurt me and it's difficult to share. I kept Aru's medicine kit inside. I have already gave her injection morning itself. After locking the main door I went towards priya's scooter. After dropping Aru we reached our office. She parked her scooter. We both were walking.

"I also want holiday like Aru. This office and the work ohh goddd don't when we will get holiday, Mallika why didn't you applied kajal today?? You are not looking like Mallika only apply it and come fast today I have to submit an important project so I should go"
She said and left from there in hurry.
"You look like a girl if you apply Kajol. Your eyes really look beautiful with it"
These words were roaming in my mind. I took out Kajol from my bag. I searched for a mirror or something. Since I have came little far from parking lot there was only a black car standing. I went towards the car and applied Kajol while looking at the car window.

Mallika pov ended

Sumedh's pov:
I wanted visit my office. And I reached but Arjun called and told dada wants talk with us something very important. So I was wearing my seatbelt to go back but suddenly I saw somebody standing on the window.
"Mallika"

I said softly. No it's not possible. Is she really Mallika. Same eyes yes she is Mallika only. She started moving. I took off my seatbelt and went outside the car I followed the way she went but there was none. She just disappeared. I heard Arjun's voice.
"Sumedh come fast we are getting late dada will be waiting for us"

"Arjun I saw Mallika. She is here"
I said he was extremely shocked.

"Mallika?? Why she will be in our office. You have gone mad come"
I didn't believe me and started dragging me towards the car.

"no, I saw her...she"
It was her. I was not dreaming. He started driving.

"Sumedh you have to move on it's been 10 years"
He knows everything how can he say that.

"no Arjun I can't how can I forget her"

"I can understand but I think she have moved on. You have never confessed her. Now stop thinking about her dada called us for a important meeting let us concentrate on it"
And he continued driving.
