9. his another side

Sumedh's pov:
She was playing with the water. The smile on her face and the song I was listening was just perfect. I was just lost in her. I closed my eyes feeling the cold breeze.

"Ahhhh, Sumedh!"
I opened my eyes she just got disappeared in the water. I throwed my headphones and ran towards the water calling her name.

"Mallika, Mallika!"
There was no response. I jumped into the water. I went deeper and finally I found her. The water was dragging her down with force. It was sinking her deeper and deeper. I swim faster and took her in my arms. We came out of the water but she was still unconscious. I lay her on the ground I patted her cheek.

"Mallika, open your eyes"
I rubbed her hands and again patted on her cheek but no use.

"Please open your eyes. You wanted to know right how I score so much marks I will tell you everything and help you in studies and everything. Open your eyes. I will do whatever you want"
Her eyes were still closed Something flashed me.

"CPR"
I pressed my both hands on her heart. But it still didn't work.

"Get up idiot fight with me torture me, irritate me with your questions and nonsense talks. Follow me and call my name. I have already lost so many people in my life I can't lose you wake up"
I hold her hand her cried. I wiped my tears and hold her nose shut and I took a deep breath and was about to seal my mouth with her but Suddenly she woke up startling me.

"really, will you tell me how you scored that much marks??"
I hugged her tightly as much as I can. I was so so scared of losing her.

"Sumedh"
She whispered softly without hugging me back.

"just stay quiet, again don't you dare doing like this prank"
She hugged me back we both stayed in a same position.

"for a second I forgot that you are a bloody swimmer, my mind went fully blank"
I said and broke the hug. And started moving.

"Sumedh wait, where are you going"
She followed me like a puppy. I stopped near a cafe. She must be hungry after doing all this drama.

"Wow cafe! I'm really very hungry come let's go"
We sat she took a memu card a waiter came towards us to take the order.

"ma'am what would you like to order??"

"hmm, 1 cheese tacos,1 tomato sauce pasta, and 1 maxican veg pizza"
Is she seriously gonna eat them all?? Whatever I'm sure if she eat them all tomorrow she can't able to attend the School.

"Sure, ma'am anything for you sir??"

"A cup of Americano for me"
The waiter left after taking our order.

"so tell me Sumedh how did you scored that much marks??"
I turned my face to the other side.

"say it fast"
I kept my arms on the table she also came closer I said in serious voice.

"I study at night"
Her expression changed hearing me.

"what! Do I look like a fool to you?? The great Sumedh Mudgalkar who don't even listen the class will study at night and scored 99% wowww"

"you beleive it or not this is the truth"

"Okay, how many hours do you study??"

"1 and half or 2 maybe"
I said.

"you are saying you study 2 hours, 2 hours"
She said and started laughing loudly suddenly she stopped laughing and asked me raising her one eyebrow.
