23. Is Sumedh obsessed with Mallika??

Present time

"Ohh, yeah how can I forget your so called fake crush Abhinav. You used him to make me jealous. Everything was a lie everything"
She bends her head down.

"Okay, you made me fall in love with you but why did you left me?"
She didn't reply anything. I lost my temper and shouted at her.

"Answer my questions Mallika!"
I shouted loudly at her. Suddenly fell on my chest. I looked at her.

"Mallika?Mallika what happened?? Open your eyes, Mallika!"
I patted her cheek. She was unconscious and she was becoming cold. This scared me. I immediately called my family doctor.

"hello, doctor it's an emergency I will be there in 5 mins"
I ended the call and lifted Mallika up in my arms and took her towards my car. I reached hospital doctor was ready with stretcher. I made her lay on it carefully and they took her to the emergency ward. Hope she will be alright. I heard Arjun's voice.

"Sumedh what happened to Mallika??"

"I don't know Arjun suddenly she became unconscious"
I was explaining him.

"Mr.Mudgalkar"
I ran to him.

"doctor how is she?? Is she alright na??"
I asked in worried voice.

"She is very weak it looks like she haven't eaten anything and taken so much stress I saw some dried blood behind her head. Did she recently got any injury there??"
Injury?? How can she be so much careless??

"I don't know doctor"
I said.

"take care of her"
Doctor left

"Injury?? Sumedh did you.."
Arjun asked

"Arjun how can you think about me like that?? I can never even think of hurting her, something has happened"
I was thinking I heard Aarohi's voice.

"Friend!!!"

"Aarohi"
She ran and came towards me I sat on my knees and hugged me tightly.

"friend where is my mumma I want to see her"
She said in between her sobs I caressed her hairs and said.

"she's fine, don't cry you are my strong girl right"
She broke the hug and nodded.

"but mumma"
I wiped her tears.

"calm down. Did something happened yesterday did somebody tried to hurt Mallika??"
She nodded

"Who?? And why??"

"yesterday night bad uncle came to ask money mumma requested him to give some more time but he forcefully hold her hand mumma pushed him away and shouted at him he got angry and he harshly hold mumma's hair and throwed her she bumped with the wall and her head started bleeding seeing the blood that bad uncle ran from there. I was so scared friend I wasn't knowing what to do"
I kept my hand on her cheek.

"Don't worry next time I will be there with you both nobody will hurt her. Is he the same man who was there in your house on that day??"
She nodded.

"friend can I meet mumma now??"

"Come let's go together"
I hold her hand and took her inside the ward. As soon as Mallika saw Aarohi she woke up.

"Aru"

"Mumma!"
Both shared a hug. Mallika wiped Aarohi's tears and said.

"I'm alright, come let's go home"
She started removing the glucose attached to her hand. I hold her hand stopping her.
