34. Sumellika's marriage

Sumedh's pov:
I made her stand on the ground and said looking straight into her eyes.
"you have to marry me"

As soon as I said these words her eyes became wild open.
"Are you out of your mind?? You can't force me to marry you"

I was already know she will react like this.
"Alright then"

I said calmly and took out my phone from my pocket.
"Aarohi"

I said passing my phone to her. She quickly grabbed it and sees it with fearful eyes.
Mallika's pov:
The smile on his phone it was scaring me I grabbed his phone. Aru was fallen unconscious on the chair and beside her 2 goons were standing with a injection and a insulin bottle.
"I left her to school, then how does she..."

"I think you have forgotten that it's my school and I kidnapped her and look at the insulin bottle name"
I looked at that insulin bottle.

"UlinaStatin"
I whispers it's name being scared.

"you know right about this medicine which is very dangerous for a diabetes patient and she is too small. I think 1 min is more than enough to..."
I cut him inbetween I don't wanted to listen about it.

"No,no,no you can't do this to her. You said she is like your own daughter how...how can you do this??"
I asked. He came a step forward me.

"I can, what I want I'll take it by hook or crook. For that I'll do anything. And I have already said I can destroy whole world for you then this is not big thing for me"
He whispered these words in my ear.

"you can't blackmail me like this"
I shouted at him while pushing him away from me.

"you have just 5 mins. Go and sit otherwise..."
There was no time to think. As he said he can do anything. Aru, no I can't lose her.

"I..am... I'm ready to marry you. Please tell them to not to inject it to her"
I said with trembling voice.

"Good"
He hold my wrist and took me towards the mandap. Priest started chanting mandras. They told us to exchange garlands. I took it with trembling hands I raised my hand a bit Sumedh holds my hand and wears it. He made me wear garland. Suddenly I heard priya's voice.

Mallika's pov ended

Priya followed Sumedh's car and reached the temple. She was shocked to see Mallika sitting with Sumedh with garland.

"Mallika!"
She shouted her name

"what's happening here??stop all this"
Arjun comes and stops her.

"priya you can't stop this wedding"
Arjun says

"why sir?? Can't you see Sumedh sir is forcefully marrying her. And I won't let this happen"
She was going towards mandap but Arjun holds her hand.

"sir leave me, I can't see Mallika like this"

"no you can't go that's it, whatever Sumedh is doing only for Mallika and she will be happy with him"
Priya lost her temper.

"What kind of friend are you?? Your friend is doing wrong, inorder to stop him you are supporting him"
She raised her voice.

"I'm supporting him because I know he is not doing anything wrong"
Arjun replies calmly, Priya ignores him and turns towards Mallika.

"Mallika, think about it once. It's your life!!!"
She shouted loudly but Mallika was sitting there with blank face.

"mallik..."
Arjun closes priya's mouth with his hand.

"Just shut your mouth"
He says in angry. Priya becomes silent because she hasn't seen him in this much angry before. He drags her aside.

Mallika's pov continue

Priya's voice and priest chanting mantras everything was just got mute.   I was just sitting like a statue. I felt Sumedh holding my arm making me stand for saptapadi. It was completed. And it was time for mangalsutra 10 years back it was my biggest dream which is fulfilling today, but after Aarohi's birth marriage has become my biggest nightmare which I never wanted to do. I'm not understanding I should be happy that I'm marrying to a person whom I was extremely obsessed with, for that person I was even ready to kill someone. Today that person is becoming mine or I should be sad that my nightmare is becoming true I never thought of marrying him after Aarohi's birth. I felt his hand on my forehead filling my hairline. I closed my eyes, I saw the flashes of my life's most lousy day. I opened my eyes and started sobbing remembering the day. Sumedh wrapped his hand around me and patted on my back gently making me calm.

"Mallika calm down I'm here"
He said, I felt comfortable in his arms I hugged him back tightly.

"Now you both are officially married"
I heard priest saying this immediately I broke the hug and went from there. Sumedh follows me.

"Are you alr..."
I didn't let him to continue his words.

"Where's Aarohi??"

At other side

Arjun takes Priya towards his car.
"Why did you stopped me?? Mallika, I want to stop this wedding"
She was going but Arjun stopped her blocking her way.

"You are not going anywhere"
Priya's eyes filled with tears.

"I thought you are not like that monster Sumedh but no there is no difference between you both. Just Because of you both my bestfriend's got ruined just because of you both!"
She shouted the last line. Arjun also felt bad for the first time he saw her crying.

"I don't want to create any scene, you also know that they both love eachother..."
Arjun tried to make her understand but Priya cuts him.

"love?? Mallika was slowly developing feeling for him but when he kissed her and made announcement of their marriage everything was over"
She wipes her tears.

"Why didn't you stopped your friend?? Why??"
She said this beating with her hand on his chest while crying badly. To make her stop he holds both her hand and hugged her making her calm. After a minute she became calm and said.

"I wanted to spend my rest of my life with you"
She broke the hug and pushed him away from her.

but now I hate you!"
