44.Sumellika gets into an argument

Sumedh's pov:

"Mallika are you ready, we have to leave now. We are getting late"
I came down fixing my watch while calling Mallika. Just than ACP entered my house.

"Aree, ACP Vikram you here?? Is everything alright"
I asked being worried.

"Actually Mr. Mudgalkar yesterday night we got information that drugs are supplied illegally in parties so we went to rid the party hall. And there we found your sister"
I can't able to believe on his words.

"Aisha??"
I asked while confirming her name.

"someone has forced her to consume drugs. We reached there at the right time otherwise..."
He paused.

"where's she now??"
I asked in angry.

"she is outside, she is scared to come in"
I went out and hold her wrist and dragged her in. And signalled Acp to leave.

"Sumedh, please forgive her. It's not her fault. He said that they forced her"
Mallika followed me saying this. I stopped and said to her.

"Mallika just stay out of it!"
And took Aisha to her room.

"tell me properly Aisha, what had happened yesterday. You know right I hate liers "
I said, she was frightened. Mallika entered the room being worried.

"woh...I.. I went to meet someone. I thought he is a nice guy but he mixed drugs in my drink I saw it and asked him and he said it's just a small dose of drugs. I refused to drink it. But he forced me, at the end giving up I drank it. I felt dizzy and sleepy. My head was spinning my vision got blur. He..he started taking me somewhere. I tried to push him but I was not in my sense I can't able to push him away. I heard gun shot sound. He got scared and ran from there. After that I don't know what happened I became unconscious. When I got my consciousness ACP Vikram was standing infront of me"
I made a fist in my hand. If ACP vikram didn't came at the right time. I can't imagine what would have happened to Aisha. I looked at Mallika who was staring the ground she must be remembering her past.

"Aisha I have already told you, not to go to these parties and all it is not safe. And this time you went alone without your friends"

"but bro...I.."
She was about to say something but my temper was raising thinking that if something wrong would have happened with her.

"not a word Aisha do you know what happens if Chachi gets to know about this"
Roared at her. She startled.

"I'm sorry"
She said with a very low voice.

"your age is just twenty, how can you just go with a stranger on such parties?? And you consumed drugs also"
I started scolding her.

"Sumedh it's not her fault"
Mallika interrupted in between which made me annoyed.

"Mallika I have warned you already stay away from this matter"
I said in angry.

"I won't! I'll stand for her because it's not her fault. She trusted that guy and thought he is good. Everything is his fault. If you really want to punish go and find that guy and punish him not Aisha"
Ohhh, God! Why is she so much stubborn. I got even more angry.

"Mallika why are you interfering my family matter. Aisha is my sister I'll sort it out. Stay away from this matter"
I said in a fury. She looked at me with teary eyes and left from there. I realised what I said just now. I covered my face with my hands feeling guilty and angry for hurting her. I went towards her. She was sitting alone in the room.

"I... I'm"
I can't able to speak.

"don't say anything, Sumedh just answer my question why did you married me?? If you don't wanted to make me a part of your family. Just to stay with you like a doll, I'm not a doll Sumedh I'm a human I also have heart which hurts"
She said while crying badly. I can't able to see her like that.

"it's not like that. First you stop crying"
I said while wiping her tears.

"don't touch me!"
While saying this she pushed my hand away.

"you don't owe me you are just.."
I stopped her.

"don't dare to say anything, I'm your husband your my wife
god damn it!"
I pushed a vase beside me in angry. She frightened and shivered being scared. I left from there.

I was standing in the garden with fully tensed. Aarohi came towards me and said.

"you made mumma cry, you broke your promise"
That means she saw everything.

"Aarohi it's not like that I..."
I tried to make her understand.

"papa you promised me that you will never make mumma cry then why were you both fighting??"

"we were not fighting Aarohi. We..we both were just discussing something"
I said calmly.

"but you made mumma cry, will you not say sorry to mumma??"
She asked innocently.

"hmm, yes I should apologise her"
I was going but

"stop! Take first aid kit also with you"
I turned towards her being confused.

"first aid kit?? Why??"
I asked and ran towards her.

"Aarohi did you fell down?? Did you got hurt somewhere?? You should have told me. Show me where you got hurt"
I said while checking her.

"papa I'm perfectly alright. Mumma's hand was bleeding. When you throwed the vase a small piece went towards her hand and it started bleeding"
I was so angry that I didn't even noticed blood in her hand. And because of me her hand got injured.

"Mallika"
I whispered and went towards her taking first aid kit. She was still sitting on my bed while crying badly. I went silently and took her hand into mine.

"leave!"
She was about to take her hand back. But I took a tape to cover her mouth.

"Sumedh no!!!"
She warned me seeing the tape. But I put the tale on her mouth.

"you have already talked a lot. Now I'll talk, you are gonna listen"
I said she rolled her eyes.

"I can't able to control my anger. It just gets bust out I know you aren't similar with this Sumedh. In school I was calm wasn't talk much with anyone. But now I can't able to control my anger. So don't make me angry, and I have promised Aarohi that you will not cry, not for me just for her happiness please don't cry. I know why were you taking Aisha's stand but for a brother his sister's safety comes first"

Mallika said and took Aarohi with her.
