Chapter 17

It has been over a week since Jiyong started with his new job as Seungri's secretary. He finds it really easy because he knows what his boss wants and how he tick. However on the contrary, Kiko is now pressured because of deadlines and as well as her boss's expectations. Committing multiple mistakes on her reports and spacing out on meetings it's obvious that being on the same building with Jiyong are taking its toll on Kiko. She didn't have time to patch things up with Jiyong while he is enjoying every bit of his job.

"So Director Lee, how are things going on your side?"

"The process is taking so much time Miss Lee. Currently there are a lot of mistakes on some of the reports so they have to repeat it again. Basically making a simple report would take two times of the time allotted."

Seungri is now talking with Chaerin over video call to check things out.

"What?! Is there a specific person making mistakes?" Chaerin asked.

"It's ah... uhm..."

"Director Lee?"

"Apparently it's Miss Mizuhara. She seems to be out of focus."

"That's preposterous. For the love of God please talk to her. It's been more than two weeks since the contract was signed but I am not seeing any significant progress on that. I know it is a big project but it seems that step one is still at 40%." Chaerin now shakes her head in frustration.

"I will Miss Lee. Don't stress yourself too much. Wrinkes~ wrinkes~ we don't want that."

"Right. How about you? Did you already hire a secretary?"

"Yes I did. I love my secretary!"

"Don't tell me it is an Australian blonde? Director Lee I'm giving my warning..."

"You don't have to worry Miss Lee you loved my secretary."

"Loved?"

"Loved? I said YOU'LL love my secretary." Seungri said giggling.

"By the way I need you to be here the day after tomorrow for the launching party and your department is chaos. I want you to fix it. You can leave that branch for a mean time while their representative is fixing her head. Give her a deadline. Make sure after you come back, step two is already implemented."

"I will. I'll bring my new secretary."

"Do whatever you want Seungri. Just get your ass here and clean up your mess. Gotta bounce, Seunghyunnie is pestering me for lunch. Ppyong~"

That's how Chaerin usually end her video call meeting with Seungri and Seunghyun since they know each other pretty well. Meanwhile Jiyong is busy filing documents for Director Lee when Kiko approached him.

"Lunch?" Kiko asked.

"Oh hey. Sorry I can't still have to finish this."

"Really?"

"Yeah. Next time."

"Have you heard you have a base of fangirls here?"

"Oh wow. That's nice."

"*sigh* Can we at least talk Jiyong?"

"Secretary Kwon I need to see you." Seungri said over intercom.

"Sorry. Duty calls."

Jiyong entered Seungri's office without looking back at Kiko.
