REVENGE

Chapter 20

                Chaerin went to her office later than usual for she can't sleep properly last night because of those events. However there was a surprise waiting for her on her office table. It was a bouquet of flowers which made one of her eye brows rise.

"Good morning Miss Lee." Seunghyun entered her office.

"Good morning. Secretary Choi what's our schedule today?" Chaerin coldly reply.

"At 11:30am you have a lunch meeting with the investors from the Japan branch. After that at 3 pm you have another meeting with the Main branch directors to discuss the status of the Australian branch. I'll set you up for a video meeting with Miss Mizuhara before that. Then by 5 pm, Director Lee will meet you to give you an update with his department. That's all Miss Lee."

"Very well. Thank you Secretary Choi." Chaerin said still not looking at Seunghyun's eyes.

Seunghyun took it as a signal that she is still mad on what happened. He was about to turn his back until Chaerin called him back.

"Secretary Choi?" She's now looking at him.

"Yes Miss Lee?"

"Please take this away." Chaerin said pointing at the bouquet. "I don't want any clutter on my office table."

Seunghyun took the flowers off Chaerin's table and exit the room but he found Jiyong standing in front of the door. Jiyong looked at him then at the bouquet of flowers on his other hand.

"Can I have a minute with Miss Lee?" Jiyong asked.

"I believe you can. She is still preparing."

Seunghyun walked pass by Jiyong but stopped his trail when Jiyong said...

"She doesn't like flowers."

With clenched jaw, he looked at Jiyong only to find him smiling.

"If you're gonna apologize, you should bring something like this."

Jiyong showed Seunghyun a rillakuma bear figure. Jiyong's suggestion made Seunghyun angry.

"You can't tell me what to do Secretary Kwon."

Seunghyun walked back to his station and set the flowers on his desk while Jiyong entered Chaerin's office.

"Good day Miss Lee."

"Good day Secretary Kwon. Did Director Lee send you over for something?"

"Uhm no. I actually came here for this." Jiyong place the Rillakuma figure on Chaerin's desk.

"Oh. And what is this?"

"I just thought that you might still be in a bad mood so...there."

"What makes you think this will brighten up my mood Secretary Kwon?"

"Oh this...If I may?" Jiyong drew closer and unboxed it."This actually is an action figure."

"It is?" Chaerin asked without taking off her eyes on the toy.

"Yes. A rare kind of its own. It's manufacturer released only a hundred of this worldwide."

"Cool! I never imagined Rillakuma being a transformer!"

"Me neither. Pretty impressive huh?"

"It is marvelous Jiyong. Where did you get this?" Chaerin took the toy from Jiyong's hand and started playing it.

"I've met an old friend this morning who runs this kind of business and got a couple of items for myself too."
