Even though Edward didn't like to go where the humans spent their time, he did enjoy going to the local thrift store from time to time to look for new CDs.
As he browsed the music section he was focused on finding a specific piano symphony. As he looked through the boxes of CDs he completely lost track of his surroundings and crashed into you as you were also looking at the CDs.
Quickly, he looked up to apologize, surprised that he didn't notice someone next to him. As he looked up his voice caught in his throat.
Your scent had taken over his entire being. If he had a working heart it would have skipped a beat as he realized he had just found his Blood Singer.
"Sorry!" You quickly said with a blush dusted on your cheeks. Your eyes staring at the most handsome man you've ever seen.
Edward slowly shook his head as he struggled to speak. You softly smiled and looked at the CDs he had already in his hand.
"Classical? I don't see many people my age listening to the classics- not that it's a bad thing! I like to listen to them when I'm working." You said trying to make small talk.
Finally, he snapped out of his daze and nodded.
"It is my favorite genre. It's really all I listen to." He said softly, tightening his hold on the CDs. Your scent becoming too much for him this close.
You both talked as you looked through the CDs. He tried to keep his composure as he listened. Conflicted on if he should leave or not.
"Do you want to go eat? Maybe talk about music more?" You smiled at him.
He froze as he looked up- he knew he wouldn't be getting out of this anytime soon... but he didn't think he wanted to.
"I'd like that."
