"We have been best friends for years Jake!" You shouted at him.
"I know..." he mumbled.
"You're just telling me that you imprinted on me?" You asked sternly.
He stayed quite.
"So what does this mean? We have to date?" You asked.
"Not really... imprinting can be non Romance too but..." he mumbled on.
"But what?"
"I would rather it be romantic..." he said quietly.
You gave him a hard look. For years he has always had crushes and made you believe you weren't an option.
When you didn't answer he tootled his head a sad look crossed his eyes "I'm sorry."
The room stayed silent as you thought.
"You still have a lot of explaining to do."
He nodded understanding.
"...but we can try this."
His face lit up. He raced out of his seat and grabbed you in a hug.
"Thank you."
