"How can you even say that!?" Jake walked in the house behind you shutting the door harshly.
"What else can I say Jake? We keep trying and it always ends in a break up- always!" You turned sharply to him.
"We can make this work.." he tried to convince you in a soft voice.
You shook your head. "we can't."
He took a step towards you and grabbed your arms. "We can."
You shook your head again and removed his grip stepping back. "We don't belong together Jake. We can't work." Your eyes started to blur as you looked down.
Jake let out a sigh and softly took your face in his head for a moment. He wanted to tell you about the imprinting but was told not to by Sam yet. He gave your forehead a quick kiss and walked back towards the door.
