"I must apologize. I didn't think you'd be able to rip my eye out." She hisses.
"Thanks. So the great Echidna is no more that a wuss?" I raise an eyebrow.
"What?!" She hisses angrily.
"You're not as scary as I thought." I cross my arms.
"Excuse me?!" She hisses.
"Right..." I roll my eyes.
"Don't believe me?" She raises an eyebrow.
"Not really." I shrug.
"How dare you!" She roars.
"Then prove it." I start walking backward.
"Do you have a death wish?" She raises.
"Well..." I wince.
A sudden pain bursts through my body. Blood gushes from my wound. I wouldn't be surprised if my blood spews out. It looks awful. I grip my wound. My vision starts blurring. I fall to my knees. What's happening?
"My venom has a tendency to... distraught." Echidna says.
Aw crap.
"Sinbad!" Proteus yells.
"Not so fast." Echidna slaps him off.
"Hey! We haven't finished our conversation." I say.
"Go on." She says.
I take out my sword.
"You're weak." I say.
She hisses. She charges. I start running. Marina turns to me. I wink at her. I slip through the arch as she slams into the arch trapping her arm. She tries to pull. I climb up to the top of the archway. This is it. Today you die. I wince as I pull myself up. Marina keeps her distracted by throwing a torch around her hand. I look at Proteus. He just looks at me. I turn to Echidna. I throw myself at her. She throws herself at me. I slam my sword into her chest. She hisses and screams.
"You-!" She yells.
"I told you I would kill you!" I yell.
She slams into a wall. I wince. I keep pushing the sword down. My thoughts go wild and blood spills from both of us. I look down even though my vision is blurry. I can barely see them. They're worth this. They're worth my sacrifice. Poseidon was angry at me. I blinded his son. I am the Monster Hunter.
