PoV Bill
When I saw him on TV, it struck me like lightning.

William looked so beautiful. He was at a gala with his husband, Tad Strange, a handsome man that still looked pretty old to be married to Will.

I poured myself a drink and downed it, the events starting to haunt me again.

I couldn't get his face out of my head, when they had pulled him away from me. He had looked so helpless.

And I couldn't help him. Stanford had threatened me and my family, so I wouldn't come near his son ever again.

I missed the blue one...

And now he was married to some rich asshole. I just hoped his husband didn't abuse him like his father had done.

I watched the gala, just hoping I'd see him one more time.

Suddenly my phone rang.

I picked up when I saw my brothers name.

"Whats up?", I asked.

"Hey, I just wanted to ask if you finished the presentation? That weird ass show you applied for is in three days.", he reminded me.

"Everythings ready. If you'd let me suffer in silence now, would be great.", I sighed.

"Why are you suffering?", he asked.

"Well, I just found out William is married to some rich guy, Tad Strange. I miss him so much.", I explained.

Kill huffed: "Bill, it's been almost 10 years. Get over it. He probably changed, too."

"Yeah...", I replied dryly.

"Wait, did you say Tad Strange? Isn't that one of the jurors of the show?", he asked.

I started banging my head on the table.

The show was live today and I was nervous, even though there was no need to be. Kill and I had practiced everything.

Our project was a fairtrade clothing brand, that made more fashionable clothing. I was the designer of the brand, Kill did the harder parts.

I looked at our logo. Blueberries.

Then we went out there.

It went amazing. Tad Stranged seemed really nice, it was easy to convince him and win him as a sponsor.

I was so glad he seemed so nice.

We met at the after show party.

"So, Bill was it? What inspires your designs? What's your muse?", he asked with a smile.

"Well...I had a lover once. This project was his idea back when I was 17. After I lost him, I swore to myself I'd make it happen.", I sighed.

What was I doing?

"Oh. Did he...pass away?", Tad asked.

"No, no. His father forbid us from seeing each other. It was really tough on me. I still miss him sometimes.", I sighed.

Tad nodded. "I can imagine."

I smiled softly.

"Well, I better get going. My husband and kids are waiting.", he then stated, looking at the clock.

"Say hi to him from me.", I said, before I had a chance to think about it. Tad looked at me weirdly.

"Sorry..force of habit.", I quickly smoothened my mistake out.

He chuckled, then walked out. I was going to go crazy.
