Almost a year had passed and by now, my biggest fear was that Stanford could get bored of me. So far he hasn't, but still.

He hadn't slept in his room in a long time. Apparently rebels had taken over my home and were trying to take over this part of the city, so he was busy.

As I was scrubbing a floor, I suddenly heard a gunshot ringing in the air.

I looked up in fear, as chaos unfolded. People were storming the mansion!

Suddenly someone grabbed my arm and dragged me with them.

I got to my feet and ran. Fiddleford. He still had a hold on my arm.

He pushed me into a room, together with some other slaves.

Everyone was so scared. I was so scared.

I had to help somehow!

Suddenly I heard shots outside, then silence. The door was opened and revealed a slightly injured Fiddleford.

He told us to run. We did. When I couldn't run anymore, I sat down in a corner, crying softly.

Suddenly I heard a strained voice say my name.

"William?", it repeated. I looked up at my twin.

"B-Billi?!", I cried out. He lowered his gun.

"Step away from him!", I suddenly heard Stanford say.

Bill had his gun back up in no time.

They pointed at each other.

"Don't shoot, please!", I yelled at Stanford.

"Oh, hush.", Stanford growled.

Then a shot rang through the air. Stanford sank to his knees. A few more were fired.

Kill stepped into the light.

I ran to my lovers side and pulled him into my lap.

"Sir?!", I cried out.

"William. Go home.", he choked out.

Then he was dead.

"William?", asked Bill carefully.

I sobbed violently. I was free!

Stanford Gleeful had hurt my brother a lot, both mental and physical. It would take a long time for him to heal.

At least he was with us, the new rulers of this city. The Cipher empire was slowly building a great structure.

Tad and his family ended up in prison, just like their corrupt friends.

Anyway.
