I changed the ending in part 7 a bit.

PoV Will
I didn't want to go down for brunch, but I had to. I was still in pain, from the night before, but I think I hid it pretty well.

The mood was odd. When I left the table, Anna followed me.

"William?", she asked softly.

"Yes? Is something wrong?", I asked back.

"You're a grown man. You don't cry, right?", she sighed.

I tensed up a bit.

"But, if someone was hurting you and you cried", she continued," that would be alright."

"I'm not sure I'm following. ", I replied.

"I walked by your door last night and heard...noises. like you were in pain. I don't want you in to get hurt."

"You destroyed my relationship.", I stated blankly.

"I'm very sorry for that, we were trying to mock you, we didn't want this to happen.", she sighed.

"Well, I don't know what noise you think you've heard, but I assure you, everything is alright.", I then said. She looked skeptical.

"Oh, okay... you can talk to me though. We're friends, right?", she smiled. I huffed.

"Since when? All you ever did was mock me and push me around. Friends don't do that.", I then said.

Anna froze.

"You don't think we're friends. ", she then stated dryly.

"No, I always assumed you and your brothers hated me with a burning passion.", I sighed. Suddenly Anna did something that caught me completely off guard. She hugged me.

"How could we hate you? William, you're silly.", she sniffed.

I petted her head.

"You're too tall. Shrink.", she then said. Then she let go. Suddenly someone called for her, so she walked away.

I just stood there, confused.

"That was odd.", I suddenly heard Fiddleford say. I spun around to face him. I swear, that man was everywhere!

He put a hand on my shoulder. "Did your father do...it...again?", he asked.

I nodded.

"I'll talk to him.", Fiddleford sighed.

Then he looked at me with a serious gaze.

"William, you're a grown man. You do know you could fight back, right?", he asked.

I swallowed thickly.

"Against him? He's my dad...besides, I'm more scared of what he could do to me if I fought back, than what he does when I don't. ", I sighed.

Fiddleford nodded.

Then he left.

PoV Anna, two days later

I was just bossing my useless employees around, when my private phone rang. I rolled my eyes, and pulled it out. I raised an eyebrow when I saw that it was William.

"Yes?", I picked up happily.

"A-anna? I, I, I'm scared.", he suddenly sobbed.

I went somewhere private.

"Will, what's going on?", I asked quickly.

"You were right about the other night. My Dad is hurting me, he has been since I was twelve! He thinks I'm my mum!", he cried out. I almost dropped my phone. Luckily I saw Andrew walking by and waved him over.

"He, he's walking around the house with a gun and he's mumbling something about my mother! I think he's extremely drunk! Anna, I'm scared.", William sobbed.

I turned to my brother and whispered: "call the police and McGucket. They need to be at Gleefull manner as soon as possible."

Then I asked: "was I the first one you called?"

"I tried to call Bill. He doesn't pick up. I can't reach Fiddleford.", the man on the other end of the line sobbed. Suddenly I heard knocking sounds from his end.

I started recording the call.

PoV Will
"Let me in, boy!", my father called.

"I'd rather not.", I replied.

Suddenly the door moved. He had unlocked it with magic! I moved into a corner, my call forgotten.

"William, I had an idea! I'll shoot us! Then we can be a family, in heaven! With your mother!", he proclaimed.

"No, please, no! I don't want to die!", I pleaded.

"But don't you want to see your mum again?", he asked.

"Dad, please!"

"Don't you worry, baby. Don't you worry.", he said, pointing the gun. I closed my eyes as he fired.
