12 - The Truth

Y/N Pov
I go to stand but she pushes me back down moving the blade to almost touching my neck, crouching down in front of me I held my hands up not wanting to get anymore hurt "let me look at your chest, or this goes badly" she says I gulp "ok.. fine.." I say very scared she keeps the blade at my neck lifting my shirt up "Y/N... So you were stung.." she said looking at me I look down scared "Please... don't hurt me.. don't tell them.. I am fine.. I promise please.." I pleaded, she looked at it more, the infection would only just continue to spread over days.

"Why... Why would you lie.." she asked I stayed silent.. "Answer me please, give me that if anything Y/N.." she said I sighed sombrely "I didn't want the attention.." I said not proud with my actions, "This explains why you have been extra aggressive and thinking I am a liar.." she said beginning to pace the tree house before standing still "I'm sorry for what I'm about to do.." she said, I didn't even have time to react because everything went black.

Teresa's Pov 

I knocked her out before she could react that's when I heard someone coming and quickly tied her up to ensure she wouldn't try to escape when she awoke, they had to know maybe we could help her still before she did whatever that Ben person that she kept on bringing up, I had tied her up when the hatch door opened, it was Newt he poked his head up seeing us.

He rushed in looking right at me then to Y/N out cold and tied up good "Teresa? What the hell!?" he said going to untie her "Wait! She's been stung Newt" I blurted out quickly to stop him he backed up "What..." he said glancing at me I crouch in front of her again lifting her shirt "she's going to hate me even more when she wakes up" I said to him, he nodded "you sure reacted but you did the right thing telling me" he said looking at the mark himself that now had a slight blackness fading onto it "Help me carry her Teresa" he said, we lifted her and carried her straight to the medjack hut, where Jeff and Alby were there talking.

They looked at us confused as to why she was tied up, Newt nodded to me "She lied.." I said feeling about about what I was doing knowing she hated the attention more than anything else but I had to right.. we placed her onto a bed and proceeded to restrain her to it Alby watched "What do you mean she lied..?" he asked, having a feeling that he already knew, I lifted her shirt up "she lied... about being stung.." I said feeling really bad.

"How did you find out.." He asked me knowing we were farm from close at all, "I uhm.. Knocked her out.. After I caught her out.. she didn't want the attention.." I said looking away not at all happy with myself, Newt placed his hand on my shoulder after we stepped back to let me attend to her "You did the right thing Teresa" he said I stayed silent just nodding, then Thomas and Tera came bolting inside of the hut.

"Is it true!" he exclaimed quickly "Thomas slow down!" Tera said just catching up to him "Is what true?" Newt inquired raising a brow at Thomas "Sorry let me rephrase, is it true she got stung!" he said I glanced at him and Tera "for god sake Thomas, at least tell them, Gally saw you guys carrying her and saw her stomach" Tera relayed, that son of a bitch I slammed my hand on a table.

But before anyone could react Alby kicked Tera and Thomas out because Y/N started to stirred which meant only one thing, she was coming around finally, she tried shoot upas the after reaction finding herself restrained.

Y/N Pov

My came around after Teresa I guess knocked me out, I tried shooting up not realising I wasn't in the tree house until I heard Alby speak and my eyes actually adjusted to my surroundings "No..." I muttered looking at Newt and Alby next to me "Why didn't you say anything" Newt asked "You know why Newt.." I responded afraid "We could have helped you" Alby said looking more sad than angry with me "I'm sorry.." I said as a tear fell down my cheek, "What are we going to do.." Newt asked Alby "I.. I don't know.." he said, then I heard the one person I couldn't stand speak "I.. I have a suggestion.." she said looking at me I glanced right at her making sure my gaze was set on to her directly.

"We could lock her in a cell for now.." she said that really didn't make me happy at all "Fuck your idea!" I yelled at her "woah, Y/N hang on" Newt said placing a hand on my leg "Teresa explain" Alby said "We need to keep an eye on her, why not use The Slammer to it's ability" she said coldly, "You bitch! I hate you! I really fucking hate you! You can shove that apology up your ass!" I yell trying to shoot up and lunge at her, that's when everything once again went to black I had been knocked out again.

Newt's Pov

I was still in shock and even more now after seeing the way she flipped out on Teresa like that, exactly like Ben... I looked at Alby and we both traded the same look knowing we had to "It's not a bad idea.. We can't banish her.." I said he nodded "I know.. We have to try everything.." he said we both picked her up with Teresa's help and the three of us got her to The Slammer carrying her inside before placing her down and I untied her restraints before leaving her laying there looking so peaceful.
