3 - Its Your Fault!

Y/N Pov
It took me a moment to make out who the person was but then I noticed it was Ben, But why was he over this side of the glade I thought because he was a runner I was one of the only people on Garden duty for the day so other than Newt coming to hangout and help it should have only been myself there.

I walked over to him standing a small distance from him, I couldn't quite tell but something about his stance felt off he was mumbling the same thing over and over again as well which was weird "It's there fault, Its there fault!" I made out from the mumbling but he turned when I called his name "Ben??" I called out to him a little weary about the way he was acting, he turned looking at me.

His eyes widened and I immediately took a step back caught off guard, he looked at me pale faced with an aggressive look on his face "You! It's your fault!" He shouted at me, I was so confused what did I do? "Ben? What are you talking about? What's my fault?" I responded as any confused person would right then "All this! The maze! Us being here! ITS ALL YOUR FAULT!" He once again yelled at me but I hadn't noticed him pull something out his waist band as my eyes watched his face directly, Biggest mistake I ever made because he lunged at me.

It was too late by the time I saw it coming and the object in his hand because he lunged straight at me the sharp now visibly clear knife was stabbed into my abdomen, Ben twisting it before he removed it from my body, I just about mustered the strength to kick him off me and run as he chased me into the big open area "Ben! Stop this!" I yelled at him running fast but not while blood was pouring from my abdomen "Get back here! I'm going to kill you! This is all your fault!" He yelled still chasing me I screamed having spotted people not far from us not before tripping on a rock and getting thrown to the ground and Ben using that moment to lunge.

Newt, Thomas Minho and Alby bolted followed by Gally who heard from the other side and came to see what was going on, "Grab him quick" Thomas said but the moment Ben heard Thomas he went from looking at me to him "You too!" He yelled at Thomas as he was grabbed by Minho and Newt "What?" Thomas said confused "H-He flipped out.." I managed to get out, Alby checked Ben's leg as Thomas kneeled next to me having noticed I was hurt badly.

"He's been stung!" Alby yelled as Newt and Gally switch so he could come help me as well, that's when Ben's who manner flipped to pleading and begging "Let's me go! please! I'm sorry!" He pleaded to Gally, Minho and Alby "Y-You stabbed me.." I muttered out he switched again now glaring at me "You Shut up! You did this! And so did he!" He yelled struggling to get three to lunge at Thomas that's when Gally and Minho dragged him to a cell like structure that we all decided to name The Slammer.

After they left Newt, Alby and Thomas all immediately turned their attention to me but at this point everything was starting to fade into black "Hey, Hey Y/N look at me" that blonde haired voice called to me I could barely look at him my eyes beginning to roll back "Thomas! Go get Jeff your the fastest" Alby said he nodded bolting I guess because I heard that familiar voice come running "I've got ya kiddo, Get some rest, Its ok" he said that was the last thing I heard because everything went black.

Thomas's Pov
We got Y/N to the medjack hut and the whole time what Ben had said and done was playing in my head, What did he mean it was our fault? It was confusing as I related to Y/N on the fact I hadn't been here much longer than her only a month between us and while I also thought about it she seemed familiar but I don't know why or how.

All I knew is I wanted to be near her to keep her safe at all costs she looked so peaceful other than the episodes of pain she was getting, about 10 minutes later Alby entered the hut "Hey Thomas, still with her?" he said I nodded "Yeah didn't think she should be in here alone and also she seems familiar to me but i'm just not sure how" I said to him, he nodded his head understanding, before he spoke Y/N awoke.

Y/N Pov

I awoke to Thomas and Alby next to me sitting up I wince in pain "Easy Y/N" Thomas said as he helped me to sit up "Thanks Thomas" I responded in respect "Good to see you doing better, but you're going to have to stay off garden duty until you are healed up kiddo" Alby said I nodded "Yeah I guessed as much, But it all happened so quick" I responded still a little shaken, Thomas held my hand "I can imagine, But more so confused as well I'm guessing?" Thomas said  "Yeah, but what's gonna happen now?" I asked.

"He'll be banished into the maze I am guessing? Right Alby?" Thomas asked him, with a sombre look he nodded "Eventually if he keeps trying to go for you guys because it's against rules and we have to keep ourselves safe" Alby said helping me up so I could get out of here, the three of us headed over to The Slammer there he was in the cell taking to the others, we stroll up and Newt runs to me carefully embracing me "Hey Newt" I said and that's when Ben once again flipped, lunging at me from the sealed cage.
